Layout:
First Level - main entrance, garage entrance, bedroom one (queen bed), and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
Second Level - main living area, kitchen, powder room, dining area, and workspace with desk.
Third Level - bedroom 2 (primary with king bed) and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks, bedroom 3 (two queen beds), bedroom 4 (full over full bunk beds), a hallway bathroom with tub shower combo, a hallway bathroom with walk in-shower, and a spacious rooftop with views of the Cumberland River, Nashville Skyline.
Parking:
Please park in the unit's private parking garage.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a sought after pocket of vibrant East Nashville called McFerrin Park, you'll be just blocks from some of Nashville's best restaurants...The Pharmacy and Red Headed Stranger, just to name a few. You'll be just down the street from East Nashville's Five Points area, and only 5 minutes from Downtown with easy interstate access to tons of other great neighborhoods.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason.
