Enjoy family movies and games in the large downstairs movie area and enjoy a private cove area to swim, relax and unwind.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and Columbia Riverfront and private beach area belonging to this home! Keyless Entry. Coded Door Lock's are located on the front entry door and exterior doors. You will be provided a code prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
2 miles from Beebe Bridge State Park to launch your watercraft. 7 miles to Rocky Pond Estate Winery! 7 miles to downtown chelan!
After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries. In Chelan, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment and a nice selection of restaurants and shops!

Getting Around:
4x4 is recommended during the winter months.

Other Things to Note:
There are security camera's located on the exterior of the home. The house is located on the Columbia river. This home is not childproof. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are responsible for the safety of all people in their party including in home safety, outdoor safety including hot tub, river, river access, river's edge. No lifeguards on duty and no safety fence on the property or marina. Use caution with children and stay at own risk. Boat slips in community marina are first come first serve, no assigned slips. Occupancy set to 6 max, but there is sleeping for more and may be able to accommodate a few more poeple under the right circumstances, ask host for your specific needs. No parties, No Events.
