We’re located perfectly , less than a 20 minute drive to luxury shopping and dining at El Paseo in Palm Desert, 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park, and just a short walk away from the Empire Polo Club.

Recently updated & renovated 3 bed 2 bath, all new flooring throughout. Master has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. Huge kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. All the essentials to cook! Good lighting w/ plenty of windows for your video conference calls and "work trips". Second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds; perfect for kids or large groups! Third bedroom features a queen bed with a large closet and blackout curtains. Enjoy multiple pools, spas & resort amenities. 27 hole golf course, tennis courts, Hangar 19 bar and grill at the clubhouse. This property has a large private backyard overlooking a pond. Steps away from multiple pools and jacuzzis guests can enjoy.

Gated Country Club with 24/7 security, surrounded by landscaped golf courses, resort amenities such as pools and jacuzzis, palm trees and charming Spanish style resort homes. Close to Clubhouse and Hangar 19 bar, and 3 miles away is La Quinta, highway 111, and some of the desert's best shopping and dining around. Near Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, hiking areas...and Coachella and Stagecoach are within walking distance. This is truly a desert gem.
You are going to enter through the gate on Monroe, we will give you access before you check in.
PARKING LIMIT: The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. Street Parking between 12am and 6am will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.
NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Whoever books the property needs to be staying on the property, you can not book for another party. 3rd party bookings will be ask the leave the property with no refund.
NOISE: Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.
OCCUPANCY: If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing. The total number of guests includes children.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property.
POOL RULES: Please do not have glass around the pool. Any broken glass inside the pool will require complete drainage of the pool to remove the glass pieces.The pool is not deep enough for jumping or diving. You will injure yourself.
PETS: Pets are allowed for a fee however, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.
HOME CARE: Please take care of the property as you would your own. Please do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture, decor etc the way it was originally found. $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.
NO DELIVERIES: Please note that guests will not have access to the property’s mailbox, and direct mail deliveries are not permitted. For any Amazon orders or other package deliveries, please utilize the nearest pickup location instead.
AC: During the summer months during the Lowest setting for the AC is 76 degrees due to excessive heat. All windows, doors and curtains need to be completely closed during the summer months, otherwise the house will not cool.
