There is street parking or 1 dedicated space along the side of the house (driveway parking reserved for main house)
While there is no private or dedicated outdoor space, the home is just 2 minutes to the Arcata Community Forest!
No washer/dryer in unit, though there is a laundromat at the bottom of the hill from the house
The space is above the garage of the main home.
