Welcome to Aynalem Cabin in Cedar Glen, Lake Arrowhead. With its perfect location just steps away from Miller's Landing Wedding Venue and a short drive to Santa's Village, our cabin is the ideal getaway. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, it is the best retreat for families and friends alike.

But what truly sets our cabin apart is the added convenience and amenities we have to offer. Enjoy the luxury of central air during the hot summer months and the convenience of an EV charger (Nema 14-50) for our environmentally conscious guests. With lake access, you can spend your days swimming, fishing, or simply taking in the breathtaking views. And for those rare power outages, our cabin is equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort and convenience are never compromised.

Find the cabin nestled in nature and easily drive in to a remodeled flat driveway. You will find the entrance of the cabin with easy keypad access just a short step down from the driveway. The entry level features a living room equipped with TV and gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen and dinning area overlooking the forrest and peek-a-boo lake views. One of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom is located on this level, along with an additional furnished deck, including an outside gas fire pit and bbq grill.

The top third level of the cabin features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and peekaboo views with a full bathroom between rooms for easy use. Shampoo, conditioner, body gel are provided in each bathroom. The master bedroom has a desk for the ease of working from the cabin if needed.

The bottom final lower level hosts a full stand-up shower bathroom and the TV and game entertainment amenities. The floor features a large TV, comfortable large couch, separate game sitting area equipped with both adult and kid board games.

Temperature Seasonal Information
The cabin has both a heater and AC and an automatic generator to power the whole house should the area lose power during seasonal outages.

The cabin driveway is plowed during winter months for easy access and parking and also equipped with extra shovels if needed. * Host cannot guarantee that driveway will remain plowed/without snow as it all depends n timing of plowing and snow fall rate.

Safety
Due to the proximity of the forrest, this is a smoke-free home, including vaping. There will be an additional $250 fee/day if guests break this rule.

Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, multiple fire extinguishers, First Aid kit and flashlights are provided.

Take precautions with children and small pets as our neighborhood is frequented by wildlife.

We request that all guests in reservation party provide their full name, in case of any emergency.

Events/Parties
We are not licensed for events or parties. You will be asked to leave without a refund if an event or party is thrown. There will be an additional $450 minimum cleaning fee, if an event or party is thrown during your stay.

Pets
• We have a no pet standard policy, but allow pets on a case by case basis. Reach out if you have a pet you would like to join you to discuss your stay, deposit and pet fee.
• This does not guarantee a pet will be allowed as some household family are allergic to some animals.
• Service animals alway welcomed, screening will be done and verified.
• There will be an additional $100/night per pet if a non-registered pet is found to be on the property during a reservation.
• standard pet fee when making a reservation is for 1 pet. Additional fees apply for additional pets and MUST be approved.

Pet rules include:
• pick-up after your pet, inside and outside of the cabin
• pets are not allowed to stay in the cabin alone without being crated
• pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
• guests are responsible for pet waste and or any damage caused by a pet.
• guests are responsible for pets noise levels and will be charged an additional standard $100 fee if we receive noise complaints caused by pets excessive barking or noise. Fees may be more than $100 if we receive a noise complaint ticket / charge.
** additional fees will be applied if pets damage property and/or the cleaning crew has to clean up extra pet waste. The fee depends on the cleaning crews charge. Invoice will be provided to OTA

Guest will have access to the entire cabin and backyard. Lake access is available for guests. Guests must provide an email to the host and complete registration at the ALA office and obtain a daily wristband.

Orchard Bay, (where guests can swim, picnic, sunbathe & walk by the lake or to the village) is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill from the cabin and can be accessed with the cabins lake permit / pass.

The Village is approximately a 10 minute drive from the cabin or approx. a 20 minute walk from Orchard Bay.

We are not available in person, but can be reached via the OTA app. In case of an emergency, guests can also reach us via phone.

The cabin is nestled in a quiet mountain community in Cedar Glen, Lake Arrowhead walking distance to Miller’s Landing Wedding Venue. Santa's Village and The Village are both a 10min drive from the cabin. The neighbor can have sightings of wildlife. It is important to stay vigilant, especially at night and to make sure that all trash bins remain lock and that food is not left outside or on the deck. Wildlife is more scared of us than we are of them, please use precautions around the cabin and the neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is walkable, but has small slopes to consider. Orchard bay is a walk down and both the village and Skypark / Santa’s Village is about a 10 minute drive from the cabin. Cedar Glen has restaurants, grocery store, flower shop and boutiques. The center of Cedar Glen can be accessed via a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive.

Our cabin is among a neighborhood that many call home. We love our neighbors and ask that all guests be respectful of the neighborhood and the neighbors.

Additional Cabin Policies and Potential Fees.
— We have a strict cancellation policy. We understand that things can happen last minute. We always do our best to re-book any reservation that guests cannot make and attempt a refund. This, however, can only be done if a reservation is first cancelled (by the guest) in order to free up the dates in the reservation to attempt a re-booking of the dates. Refunds are only available if the cancelled reservation is re-booked. Because re-booking isn’t guaranteed, it is recommended that guests consider travel insurance for ease of mind. Travel insurance isn’t mandatory to book, but depending on benefits of insurance, might offer an extra layer of cancellation protection (hosts are unable to provide any guidance on specific insurance names or benefits).

— No overnight guests are allowed if they are not on the reservation. There will be an additional $100/night fee per guest if non-registered guests spend the night without advanced notification to hosts.

— Please be sure to follow all check-out steps as there will be an additional fee if all steps are not completed. Late check-out is not available unless approved. There will be a $100 late check-out fee for each 30 minutes past check-out. Some Examples of other fees include but are not limited to: pile of dirty dishes left in the sink, all trash not taken out and left in the cabin, outside trash bins not reclipped and wildlife get into the trash, holiday decorations / pack and play are not put away or any food is left in the refrigerator. All check-out steps and process is sent via OTA messenger the night before check-out. Additional Fees range from a minimum $25 up to $175 (potentially more depending on cleaning crews fee for additional clean-up). Invoices will be provided to OTA

— Please be sure to let us know of anything that needs attention within 24hrs of check-in. Our cleaning and maintenance crew do a wonderful job with upkeep, but should anything need attention, pls notify us within 24hrs of check-in. Pls note, guests are visiting a mountain community. Things such as bugs and light dust are part of nature and cannot be controlled at all times. Property is dusted with each cleaning and pest control is routinely and consistently used.

— Please be sure to follow the pet rules. Guests will be charged an additional $150 minimum if the cleaning crew has to clean up extra pet waste inside or outside of the cabin. Additional fees will apply if the cleaning crew has to do additional cleaning aside from the standard normal pet cleaning or the cabin and/or property is damaged by guests pet.

— Please be sure to follow quiet hours. Guests will be charged an additional $175 dollars/ per night if rule is not followed and complaints are received.

— Please follow parking rules and park no more than 3 cars in the driveway. There is no street parking as street parking is reserved for residents. Guests will be charged an additional $50 per car/per night if more than 3 cars are parked in the driveway. Guests will be charged an additional $250 if cars are parked on the street. Cars parked in non designated areas (street and/or driveway beyond the approved 3 stalls), will be towed at guests expense.

Events/Parties
- We are not licensed for events or parties. You will be asked to leave immediately and without a refund if an event or party is thrown during your stay. There will be an additional $450 minimum cleaning fee, if an event or party is thrown during your stay.
This property requires a $250 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property prior to check in.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement.

No shoes inside the house.

No unauthorized guests outside of the reservation allowed.
