THE SPACE:
The Miami Pool Oasis is a peaceful, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom modern and comfortable place to stay and unwind in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to Miami.

RELAX IN OUR COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS

Inside the Oasis you’ll find comfortable king-size beds in all bedrooms. A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate library/sitting room. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side with easy access to a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The fourth bedroom is in the pool house, a separate building, with a comfy queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, a private sitting area with a large work desk, and a full bathroom.

All of our bedrooms feature Smart TVs, high-end linens, and bath towels.

The open floor plan boasts a relaxing living room, a spacious dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen well equipped for entertaining your group.

A Friendly Note About Our Pricing:

We’re committed to keeping our nightly rates affordable! To help with this, we've made some options at the Miami Pool Oasis available as add-ons rather than automatically included in the price. We think it’s only fair that you shouldn’t have to pay a pet fee if you're not traveling with a furry friend or for an EV charger if you won’t be using it.

Another way we keep our prices low is that the price you see advertised is for four guests since most of the groups that book the Oasis are groups of 4 or fewer. The pricing for larger groups is taken care of when you make your reservation by Airbnb. We have technology in place to enforce occupancy during your stay.

Once you complete your reservation, you can easily add any additional services through your Guest Portal.

Some of the optional extras you can choose from include early check-ins, late check-outs, the EV charger, pool heating, pet fees, mid-stay cleanings, baby cribs, and more.

Welcome to The Miami Pool Oasis! We are committed to ensuring you have a fantastic stay and create unforgettable memories.

To help achieve this, we ask that you adhere to our house rules. While rules can sometimes feel tedious, they are designed to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable experience. Please review our Short-Term Rental Agreement for more detailed rules before making your reservation.

You must complete the following two steps within 48 hours of making the reservation:

If you don't care to do so, rest assured that if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of making it, you will receive a full refund, provided that your reservation falls under the refundable cancellation policy.

Keep your eyes peeled for a text message or email from our partner Truvi. They will send you a link where you will

1. Sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement and
2. Complete our guest verification online

When you've completed these steps, we will confirm your reservation. The steps have been implemented to ensure your safety and enhance your enjoyment of your stay.


PARTIES
There will be no parties or disruptions to neighbors and nearby residents. We want you to enjoy your stay and invite you to celebrate milestones while respecting the property, neighbors, and residents.

We love to host celebrations, family gatherings, birthdays, bridal groups, etc., at the Miami Pool Cottage as long as all guests are named on the reservation.

To be clear, this means no outside guests/visitors.

NO SMOKING
Do not smoke anywhere inside or outside on the property.

PETS
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome after pre-approval and payment of our $35 per night per dog fee. We're sorry, but we do not accept any other kind of pets. We need to pre-approve all dogs when you make your reservation.

There is no pet fee for a service dog.

If we discover misrepresenting a pet as a service animal, you and your Service Animal will be asked to leave. In Florida, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor under § 413.08(9), Fla. Stat. (2023), and a conviction can result in a jail sentence of up to 60 days plus a $500 fine.

Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can enhance your stay with us by adding options tailored to your stay, like using an EV charger, an early check-in, or paying for your dog to stay with you.

We opt to let our guests add these items a la carte to keep our nightly rate low since not everyone wants to charge their electric vehicle, arrive at the property early, or travel with a dog.

Special notice for Airbnb guests only (if you're booking on a different platform, the prices you see here and on your Guest Portal are the prices you pay): Airbnb charges us an additional 20% fee on these optional services, which we, unfortunately, have to pass on to you to avoid violating Airbnb's "Off-Platform and Fee Transparency Policy."

We also connect you with other services you can enjoy while staying with us, like a personal chef to cook for you, a massage, grocery shopping, flower delivery, tickets to tours and attractions, and many more—we do not charge you a fee for these additional options; you pay the providers directly.

This Short-Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") was made on the day the reservation was made on the online rental platform between the following:

THE PARTIES. 
GUEST: Your name as it appears on the online rental platform reservation ("Guest") and
HOST: Miami Vacation Stays ("Host").
THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

MAILING ADDRESS. Address as it appears on the online rental platform reservation.
Hereinafter known as the "Premises."

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting on the arrival date made on the online rental platform from the check-in time specified and ending on the departure date made on the online rental platform at the specified checkout time as it appears on the reservation made on the online rental platform ("Lease Term").

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm each night and continue until sunrise. During these hours, no music is allowed, and all audio is kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

PARTIES. Parties are not permitted, and we have technologies, people, and systems in place to nip these in the bud, with noise detectors and neighbors who call us when they observe a party starting. Plus, we live close by, so we'd notice. We do not allow DJs or Bands on the property. 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be the number of guests as it appears on the online rental platform reservation. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. 

BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount detailed during the booking process. If you have not pre-paid your reservation on the booking platform, you must pay 100% within 48 hours.

POOL SAFETY. Running, diving, and using glassware are prohibited. Children of any age are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. All doors must be kept closed and locked.
