The open-concept living and dining area offers a welcoming space to relax, featuring a spacious living room with a cozy sofa, TV, and fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a breeze. The downstairs powder room adds to the convenience. The master bedroom is a serene oasis with a king-sized bed, mirrored wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a single loft bed, wardrobe, and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. It is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens, and towels.

1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.
