Sweet and complete, the Sugar Shack boasts two living rooms with large TVs, a well-appointed kitchen with full-sized appliances, and a spacious upstairs loft. Well-decorated and cooled by mini split AC units, every inch of the home has been curated for your comfort. Indulge in family game nights over the family room's table, or sip on a sweet beverage on the covered deck. Rounding out the creature comforts, the Sugar Shack has a stackable washer/dryer and free WiFI. Outside, the gas grill and firepit lend themselves to alfresco cookouts followed by s'mores.

With its perfect location amidst the North Georgia Mountains, towns like Clayton, Clarkesville, and Helen are only 15 to 20 miles away. An idyllic space for hiking and sightseeing, the Rabun County Area is home to over 120 waterfalls. Moccasin Creek State Park is also less than 10 minutes away. Whether you like to hike, bike, boat, or fish there is something for everyone!

Minimum Age Requirement: Sugar Shack is available to families or guests who are at least 25 years old.
Parking and Access: Parking is available for 2 vehicles. The roads are paved to the property. No boats, RVs, or motorcycles are allowed.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Security: There is a security camera at the left corner of the home pointed at the front door.
