Welcome to the Lake Loft at your Grand Lake Getaway in Saginaw, Minnesota! This upper-level retreat studio apartment offers a cozy retreat for your getaway at the lake. With comfortable accommodations for up to four guests, it's the perfect spot for couples, small families, or close friends seeking a tranquil lakeside experience.
Shared Property: Please note that this cabin shares the property with another cabin. Each unit will have access to a shared garage with 2 paddle-boards and a kayak. Lake Loft specifically has access to the dock, outdoor furniture, picnic table, and fire-pit on the right of the property.
The Lake Loft features a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodating your group. Unwind after a day of adventure in the spacious full bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combo, as well as a half bathroom located in the entryway of the apartment. Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry facilities located in the entry, ensuring a stress-free stay. Eat in at the fully stocked kitchen, or step outside and grill out on your own private grill and picnic table. Wander down to the docks and enjoy the lake up close. Dip your toes in the cool water, or try out one of the shared paddleboards or kayak. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to share stories, roast marshmallows, and stargaze under the clear Minnesota sky. Our Lake Loft at Grand Lake offers easy access to the surrounding natural beauty and recreational opportunities just 15 minutes north of Duluth. You can also launch your own boat on the nearby boat launch on Lake Rd.

Our Kitchen has all the basics for your cooking needs. A crockpot, coffee maker, griddle, pots & pans, blender, toaster, and all the needed cooking and baking utensils. To get you started we set you up with complimentary coffee bags from Duluth Coffee Company as well as a few beverages and popcorn.
→ BATHROOM
Our bathrooms have all the essentials. Toilet paper, bath towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, make-up wipes, and a blow dryer.
→ ENTERTAINMENT:
Our TVs are SmartTVs with a variety of apps downloaded and ready for your use. Please bring your own credentials to access streaming networks.
→ PETS
This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation at a charge of $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

The keypad is located on the front door, use code followed by the checkmark to enter the home. Please make sure to lock doors when leaving the premises, this can be done by pressing any button on the keypad.

We've got designated spots in the driveway just for you. So you and your guests can rest assured knowing parking won't be a hassle during your stay. Safe travels!
VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.
6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
8. PETS a) Don't worry about leaving Fido home alone! We're more than happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs at our place. There's just a small fee of $75 per dog that will be charged separately. 9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.
12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
