Seaside 2BR Condo: Pool, Parking, & Beach

Open and taking reservations! The resort fee will be waived until October 31, 2024
- Power, water, and sewer are fully restored
- No elevators available, stairs only
- Pool is in the process of repair
- We welcome recovery workers and displaced locals needing temporary housing

We are working to reopen amenities for our guests as soon as possible.

The space
- Condo includes 925 sqft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms
- Furnished with a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen
- Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dinnerware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, no spices
- Washer and dryer included
- Living and dining areas
- Balcony
- Accommodates up to four adults
- Pack and Plays available upon request ($)
- Beach access directly across the street
Other things to note
The minimum check-In age is 25 or older - you will be required to provide valid photo ID and provide a security deposit per day with a valid credit card.

Kindly be informed that upon reserving, an additional resort fee of $15 per night, plus tax, shall be applied.

This fee covers a variety of amenities that are designed to elevate your experience with us, including:
-Two complimentary in-suite bottled waters upon arrival
-Access to pool and beach towel service
-Availability of an ice machine (first floor)
-Wi-Fi internet access
-One reserved parking space.
