It has many convenient upgrades such as a Keurig for guests' early mornings, and access to the community amenities. The condo is located in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge, adjacent to The Water Campus and about a mile from LSU, Downtown, The River Center, Bell of Baton Rouge. The Condo is within walking distance to the Tin Roof Brewery and The Mississippi River Bike Bath/Levee.
This beautifully decorated 3rd floor condo has an open floor plan. The condo also boasts updated appliances and several upgrades for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. High chair - available is upon request. The condo has a washer, dryer, central air and heat. The space is large enough to comfortably accommodate several guests. Upgrades include a Keurig Coffee machine, alarm clock, clothes iron, and blow dryer. The condo is equipped with WiFi and several smart TVs with 45 inches, with digital cable. To utilize Netflix, Hulu, or any other smart TV app.
