● The property offers convenient parking for up to 1 vehicle OUTSIDE the garage.
There is also free & metered street parking, but it gets filled up fast usually as we’re walking distance to the beach, downtown Manhattan beach and pier.

We also provide parking passes which you can use for public parking near the beach. IMPORTANT: Overnight parking permits are valid from 6:00PM to 8:00AM, seven days a week. The entrance and exit will be locked at approximately 8:00PM each evening and opened at approximately 6:00AM each morning.

Please note that our home is designed for a serene, adult-only experience. We warmly welcome up to two adults 30 years and older, with no additional visitors or day guests allowed. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a peaceful retreat for all our guests.

This home features three bedrooms: a queen bedroom, a trundle twin bedroom, and a master bedroom that is reserved for private use and not accessible to guests. the entire home is exclusively for guest use and is not shared with anyone else.

Main Entrance:
Upon arrival, you'll find convenient access through the main entrance. The main entrance leads you to the 2nd floor. Easily accessible to the 2 bedrooms where you can leave your luggage. The garage entrance leads you to the first floor where you have access to the private gym, laundry room, and upper floors via a staircase.

The second floor features a cozy queen bedroom, a charming twin bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The master bathroom is accessible for your use, while please note that the master bedroom itself is private and off-limits. Thank you for respecting our space. Through the main entrance, you can access the bedrooms on the second floor.

On the third floor, you'll discover a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room adorned with hammock chairs, all overlooking stunning ocean views. A half bathroom completes this floor.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the master bedroom, ensuring your privacy and convenience.

Check-In Process: Prior to your arrival, we kindly ask all guests to complete our company's check-in forms, facilitating a smooth and secure process. We also work with a third-party insurance that covers property damages and conducts background checks. Participation is optional, ensuring your privacy and convenience. Travel Insurance: Considering the unpredictability of travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment, as our cancellation policies remain in effect to uphold the integrity of our operations.

House Rules:
Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests.
Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted a any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.
Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that pets cannot be accommodated at this time.
Adult-Only Property: This home is only allowed for adults from 30 years old and above only.

Upon Departure: Our dedicated cleaning staff will promptly prepare the home for our next guests. To avoid additional charges, we kindly request adherence to the designated checkout time. Late checkout fees may apply, unless otherwise arranged with your host in advance.

Feedback and Reviews: Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we strive to maintain a standard of excellence in hospitality. Guests who fail to comply with house rules, including timely checkout or cancellation policies, forfeit the opportunity to leave a public review.
