Diese Wohnung mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern liegt im gewünschten Ocean Drive-Abschnitt von North Myrtle Beach und bietet den Gästen einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und den Atlantik. Das Xanadu III verfügt über einen glitzernden Außenpool und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Main Street entfernt. Hier können Sie die Nacht verbringen, bei einem der Karnevalsfahrten (Anfang Juni bis zum Labor Day geöffnet) oder einem Happen essen eines der besten lokalen Restaurants.

Diese Ferienwohnung am Meer bietet ein helles und luftiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einen kleinen privaten Balkon mit Meerblick und eine eigene Toilette mit einer Gartenbadewanne und einer separaten Dusche. Die zweite Master-Suite bietet außerdem ein Kingsize-Bett und ein privates Badezimmer. Es gibt zwei weitere Gästezimmer, von denen eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet ist. Das Gästezimmer mit dem Queensize-Bett bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Diele auf dem Flur. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher!

Kommen Sie vom Strand und werfen Sie Ihre Strandtücher in die Waschmaschine und den Trockner. Auch für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir drahtloses Internet! Das Xanadu III-705 verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Meerblick, ideal für die Zubereitung von Snacks am Strand oder Gourmetgerichte. Wir haben ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Zugang zum Balkon am Meer. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten.

Alle Südküste Ferienimmobilien sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Das Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Motorradfreundlich - alle Motorräder und Anhänger müssen auf dem Boulevard im Überlaufparkplatz abgestellt werden. Haustiere sind im Xanadu III leider nicht erlaubt.

Das Paket für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist optional, jedoch nicht die Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa. Wenn Sie das Schlafsofa verwenden möchten, müssen Sie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kissen und Decken mitbringen.

This rental had EVERYTHING we needed. A fully equipped kitchen makes life easy.

It was so nice to have plenty of room to not trip over each other. The location was perfect I just wish we would have been able to stay longer. I was so thrilled to have good communication with the management of the property.

Beach Magic

Condo was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of bedrooms, baths for our group of 3 families with two kids (10 and 8). Beachfront deck is where this grandma camped out with her binoculars (I know, creepy) enjoying the sound of the waves. We even had a stormy night and watched a spectacular lightening show. Close to places to eat and drink as well as grocery stores, liquor stores and whatever else you might need.

as always a quick week

unhappy about no bathrooms at the pool area so, therefore, a hike back to room. very small kitchen for the number of people it accomodates. There were so many appliances and dishes it was hard to find a place to put food. It was pretty clean but the main bathroom shower needs a mold/mildew cleaning. the rest was very spacious and met our needs of 8 people. Loved the location and the setup of the condo

Yes it’s outdated but it was very clean. This is an end of unit. The views from the kitchen and living room are fantastic. Love the balcony off the master bath. Lots of room on the beach and a ton of parking spaces. Never had to wait for an elevator. Book this place.

A good number stayed in Xanadu III which allowed me to see several other units. Every other unit I was in was much nicer, more updated, cleaner and much less expensive. Likewise, one family from our group stayed at MarVista and they even paid less than I did and had a much nicer unit.For what I paid I would expect a cleaner and more updated unit. Again, the layout, the space, the bedroom/bathroom configuration were great. I plan to bring 1-2 additional family members next year for this trip and wouldn't mind this unit if it were to be updated/cleaned, or a similar unit - and not as high priced. I will shop around more for a Xanadu III unit to look for a more reasonable price.
