Villa YOCO / Seaview / 3 Bedroom

Villa Yoco is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa designed in a tropical modern style, using only the latest construction materials. Spread over 2 storeys, Villa Yoco features three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, each opening onto balconies that offer breathtaking views of Samui. The lower floor consists of a spacious main living area, a fully fitted kitchen, and a large, beautiful terrace that surrounds a stunning infinity edge pool. The villa encompasses 300 SqM of exquisite living space.
- No all male groups allowed.
- No all teenager/young adult groups allowed without multiple positive reviews.
- No visiting guests allowed to stay overnight.
- Direct customers only. No agents or 3rd party bookings will be accepted.
- The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
- Cleaning and change of linen every 7 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 1000 US dollar (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- Pool serviced once a week.
- ⁠⁠⁠Electric 8.4 Thb per unit - Electricity metre readings taken on check in and out and then calculated in front of guests at check out.

-The community regulations of Verano Residence has to be followed and is part of the house rules:
The garbage pick up shall be once a week.
The Tenant grants the Maintenance/Service provider or authorized representative 24 hours acess to the villa for maintaining or security emergencies. Save for any emergencies, reasonable notice shall be given by the Verano Management/Service Provider to the Tenant prior to accessing the Villa.
Car parking:
The Tenant should park the cars and motobikes only in the carport of Villa A 14. The blockage of the road is forbidden. Emergency, recue and aid vehicles must enter any Villa of Verano Residences freely and proceed without incident.
Sometimes, in absence of the opposite owner, it is possible to park s car in the opposite turning hammer. Please ask before usage for authorization.
Open Fire:
Burning rubbish anywhere in Verano Residence is strictly prohibited.
Nuisance:
Any appliance which can cause a high level of noise must only be used with consideration for other residents. Exessive noise between 23:00 pm amd 8:00 am is strictly prohibited.
Use, discharge or ignition of fireworks, launching of hot air balloon’s anywhere in Verano Residences is strictly prohibited.
Dangerous / Threatening Situations:
The Verano Management reserves any right to take to take any action necessary if and when any dangerous / threatening situation arise.
Damage to the „Common Property“
The Tenant is responsible for any damage not arising from normal wear and tear, which is caused by the Tenant or his guests.
