Here you will enjoy a great relaxing home paired with the convenience of being in a great centralized location. We are just minutes away from spring training stadiums, golfing, spas, family friendly events, hiking trails, shopping and all the nightlife Old Town Scottsdale has to offer right around the corner!

SPACE? This home features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which is perfect for a family or friend’s trip. Between the indoor bar, dining room table, and the kitchen breakfast bar you can seat up to 17! This is excluding the outdoor dining table!

COMPETITIVE EDGE? If your group has a competitive side, then we have you covered with a full size pac-man game, Sega Genesis video game, Mini Golf with putters, basketball hoop and basketballs poolside, card games, pool toys, 6’ folding table for fun games and more!

COCKTAILS ANYONE? This home also includes a cocktail bar that can seat up to 7 guests, it has playing cards, poker chips, and a cocktail making set.

RELAXATION? Grab a cocktail from the cocktail bar and relax on a tube in the pool, make some smores at the outdoor fire pit, OR tell stories and talk about the fun day you had in the hot tub!

LOVE PICTURE OPPORTUNITIES? We have a faux grass wall with a neon sign AND a painted mural by the pool just for that. So, bring your disposable cameras and make capture some memories!

CASITA! This is perfect for day party fun! It comes prepared with a 6’ folding table (do not jump on it), pong balls, ceiling fan, standing fan, lounge couch, wet bar with a mini fridge, and a 50” smart tv for any sporting events or kids show you may want to watch!

TELEVISION: There are a total of 6 televisions, all of them are smart TVs that also come with YouTube Live TV. Surely you can’t miss your favorite team or your least favorite contestant on bachelor get eliminated!

SLEEPING SPACE: 11 beds total. 5 bedrooms. Each guest room (3) comes with a 2-Full Beds and 1-twin bunk bed stacked over a full bed. This would be nice for a family trip where one family might need all 5 sleeping spots in one room but the next room could be occupied by a single couple.

KID FRIENDLY? Yes! We have included a pack-n-play sleeper, kids cups, plates, silverware, life jackets, arm floaties and plenty of pool toys!

LIVING AREAS: 55-inch Smart TV located in the living room, Sofa with coffee table, chair with ottoman, and a dining table for 6-8. Free Wi-Fi, plenty of linens and towels, central A/C & ceiling fans, Washer/Dryer, board games!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all cooking supplies, dinnerware (including kids), spices, coffee, and 4 barstools for quick meals and a fresh cup of coffee!

NEED TO GET SOME WORK DONE? If you are traveling for work or need to get some work finished up, don’t worry, we have a dedicated workspace just for that!

PARKING: There is a private driveway that can hold up to 4 vehicles (1 can be covered), free street parking as well. Try and keep the vehicles in the driveway then resort to street parking, to help respect our neighbor’s space.

DREAD PLANNING ACTIVITIES? Don't worry our guidebook you receive after booking with us has you covered! After your booking is confirmed, we also include a well in-depth guidebook that lists our recommendations for local attractions, activities, restaurants and bars! This guidebook is web-based so it has direct links to book your activities and events! You are ensured to have a trip full of fun, without the stress of finding and planning activities during your stay!

Please, no parties after 10pm. The city of Scottsdale is strictly enforcing this noise ordinance, and understandably so. Scottsdale recently made new policies and fines of up to $1,000 if cops arrive to the home for a noise complaint. If that happens the guest will be billed that fee. Take the noise inside at 10pm and there won’t be any noise complaints.

If you are still wanting to stay up and have fun, keep it inside or take a quick Lyft around the corner to Old Town Scottsdale, there are tons of bars there that are really fun!

Pets are prohibited unless you have written consent from us. Smoking inside is prohibited as well; this includes the Casita.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. **This excludes bookings made through Airbnb and Vrbo***
