The unit we got this year was a little dated/damaged. It wreaked of mildew when we arrived which put a damper on things. But my husband had a pack of coffee scented car air fresheners, so we strung those up and managed to get by.

You could barely walk around the bed to get to the other side, the mattress was awful because it swags so badly in the middle & they need to put up some darkening curtains in the bedroom because at night the walkway light shines right in all night long even with the blinds closed. Both people that we talked to at the realty company were extremely nice & helpful.

Our family visited back in December/January and the deck door didn’t work. When we arrived this time I completely expected it to be fixed but it wasn’t. Over the course of our stay we found several roaches to the point we even found some in our belongings once we arrived home. If you plan on cooking pack some supplies. The pans have seen better days and there was only one knife in the entire place and it was a huge butcher knife. You can imagine how hard it was cutting a tomato with that. Over all it was a good vacation but we will definitely choose a different room next time.

The master bed squeaked so loudly we could not even roll over at night without waking our kids up in the living room. The entire place smelled like fish. The top drawer in the kitchen was missing, so the silverware had been moved to the bottom drawer...closest to the dirty floor! We stayed in this same rental back in 2013 and the upkeep has really gone downhill.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to the sea cabins twice now and have loved the overall experience! Sea cabin 109a could just some work though just to keep it up to speed. The sliding door didn’t lock so we had to use a stick to keep it closed, the front door locked part of the time if we slammed it several times or used the deadbolt when we were inside and there were a few other areas that could use some cosmetic updates(paint, hole patching and just a good dusting)
