The Lodge provides 12 luxury beds, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, open floor plan kitchen and living room, and a unique, reclaimed brick bar that opens up to the forest outside. This property is a part of the Mystic Hills forest neighborhood off of Hwy 385. Here you'll find a convenient store, bar, & restaurant at the Mystic Hills Lodge serving burgers, hand made milkshakes, a full range of spirits, & more!
The long driveway enabled the homeowners to create a discreet & secluded property deep in the woods, while still being close enough to enjoy the Mystic Hills amenities.
Get ready to make your snowmobile and four-wheeling dreams come true! The access to the trails is absolutely unbeatable, with the closest trail only 3 blocks away!
The cabin was designed with family & entertaining in mind. Spacious rooms, beautiful and charming decor, & amenities that will keep both the kids and the adults content.
Each room is meticulously decorated in a twist of rustic and modern luxury. You'll find nods to South Dakota throughout as the owners utilized many different material sources from their farm in Eastern South Dakota.
High end luxury beds from Simmon and Serra ensure guests will get a good night's rest to prepare for tomorrow's grand adventure in the Black Hills.
6 spacious, relaxing bathrooms allow multiple guests to get ready simultaneously. The kids will love the bath tub while the adults will revel in the open walk-in tile showers.
An impressive kitchen and dining space allow guests to prepare meals for large groups with ease. Guests have the option of using the kitchen stove or large BBQ grill and extra large flat top grill to tackle meals.
Saving the best for last, guests will be blown away to experience our one of a kind bar. Created from a historic South Dakota building, this bar is wall to wall historic reclaimed brick & equipped with everything guests will need to entertain, including an ice machine, fridge, & all the gadgets.
The bar is located in the garage, complete with 14' garage doors and 3 queen beds in the loft above. It serves mainly as a family gathering area. Vehicles (no campers) can be pulled inside in the event of inclement weather.
This space offers guests the perfect area to gather family and friends for drinks, conversation, and even enjoy the forest. The 14' garage doors open up to a stunning view of the forest while the cool, pine air fills the garage.

Entire home minus private utility spaces, which include the 3rd stall in garage, supply closets, and the camper.
Guests will be given privacy and host will be available by call or text 24/7
Camper hookup: We do have an additional space for a camper with electric hook-up outside the 3rd stall garage. Water is available on site to fill from. This is an additional charge, in which guests need to notify the host prior to booking that they will be needing the camper hook ups. Camper hookups are an additional $150/night. Guests may not park a camper anywhere on the property without setting it up prior and paying the camper fees.
EVENTS:
We do not permit parties at this property. Events such as weddings, receptions, birthdays, graduations are permitted but must meet the following criteria. Please contact the host prior to booking with a description of your event. We do not permit bachelor or bachelorette parties at any time. Event prices differ from nightly rates depending on guest count, length, and other criteria. This price will be discussed and agreed to prior to booking.
1) Event must be pre-approved by host with an explanation of event time, number of guests, hours of event, and any other pertinent information.
2) Only 24 people are permitted overnight.
3) 100 person capacity per event
4) No underage drinking
5) No drugs
6) No smoking indoors, including garage
7) The booking party will be responsible for any damages or theft that occurs during their event
8) Booking party must be over 25
9) Event will be shut down if guests become out of control, unreasonably loud, disrespectful, destructive, or any other action that could harm themselves, another person, or the property and/or home.
10) No pets at any time on the property. Guests will be charged $250 per undisclosed pet.

*Absolutely no pets. $250/pet fee for undisclosed pets.
*Must be 25 to book.
*No underage drinking.
