Welcome to Antler Cove Estate, where luxury meets log home living on the lake. Nestled on a private waterfront lot, this 5-bedroom, 2-story home boasts its own sandy beach and stunning views of the iconic Pend Oreille River. With enough beds to sleep 16 guests, it's ideal for family gatherings.
Imagine a 4,400 square foot log home set amidst a private, North Idaho backdrop with breathtaking river and mountain views. The spacious Great Room, Family Room, and 5 bedrooms offer both cherished togetherness and peaceful solitude. This estate is designed for families seeking a serene, nature-filled escape, where the timeless beauty of wood and stone transports you to a simpler time. All 5 bedrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd level. The Primary Bedroom with full en suite bathroom boasts a King bed, wood fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the manicured lawn and waterfront. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom is the bunk room that features two sets of Twin bunk beds (4 Twin beds total), plus a Full-size bed, and air mattress. There is an alcove area, just outside the 4th bedroom, that we are calling a 5th bedroom and it contains a Queen bed - it's a nonconforming room as it doesn't have a door or closet.

Replace screen time with lake time and immerse yourself in daily activities that nourish your senses and body. Fish for rainbow trout or smallmouth bass from the private dock, bike through the rural, friendly neighborhood, or enjoy swimming, playing, napping, and reading. Build sandcastles with grandchildren on the private beach, and end your days by admiring sunsets that frame your memory-filled experiences.
In summer, bring or rent a boat and safely moor it on the dock, perfect for water sports like water skiing, inner tubing, wakeboarding, or surfing the bays. Take the boat out for dinner or lunch, or explore the shoreline leisurely with kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.
Indoors, the large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for creating fabulous meals, while multiple decks offer varied outdoor dining spots and quiet places for reading. When you need to stay connected, high-speed WiFi is available.

Located 45 miles from Schweitzer Mountain and just 20 minutes from downtown Sandpoint's local restaurants and shops, this estate property is close to everything and still far enough away to get the full lodge retreat feeling. **NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June. This home utilizes exterior CCTV security cameras. The attached garage is reserved for the homeowner's belongings, and is not available for guests to use.
