Mud Room: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious mud room where you can leave your wet boots/water shoes, coats/towels, hats, and life's anxieties at the door.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up a scrumptious meal or bake some delightful cookies after a day of exploring. Bon appétit!
Living/Dining Area: Step down into our inviting open-concept living and dining area, where comfort meets style. Bask in the warmth and natural light pouring in from the large skylights above. This cozy space, with its plush, oversized seating, is just perfect for snuggling up with a good book, savoring your morning coffee, or winding down with a movie night on our impressive 75" Samsung TV, complete with a sound bar and speakers for an immersive experience.
Reading Nook: Looking for a cozy spot to relax with a book, or perhaps the kids are looking for some gaming time with the Nintendo Switch, this is the place to be? If your family prefers to stay away from screens, don't worry - we've got plenty of games and books for everyone to enjoy!
Bedrooms: The house features three comfortable bedrooms, each designed to provide you with a restful night's sleep. The rooms are adorned with soft, natural tones, echoing the calmness of nature. Each bedroom is connected to a fully stocked shared bath. The two bedrooms upstairs include 40-inch smart tv's with streaming capabilities.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms combine modern amenities and is stocked with the essential bath toiletries (Hand Soap, Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner).

Outdoor Features:

Scenic Front Porch: Step outside onto the spacious covered porch and breathe in the fresh mountain air. It's the ideal spot for morning yoga, having your morning coffee/tea, or simply stargazing at night.
Spacious yard and fire pit : This charming home is nestled on just over an acre of land, offering ample space for your little ones to play and expend their energy, whether it's throwing snowballs or picking flowers. You can keep a watchful eye on them from the comfort of our cozy fire pit area. For your furry friends, we have a nicely sized fenced area where they can safely explore and enjoy. Please note, the fence is a 5-foot high wire fence, ensuring both safety and fun for everyone!
Tesla Charger: Feel free to use the onsite Tesla charger, complimentary with your stay.
Security: The exterior of the property is protected with two (2) Arlo security cameras that have motion activated flood lights as well as two (2) doorbell cameras so you can feel safe and secure during your stay with us.
Abundant Nature: Surrounded by woods and ranch land, it's not uncommon to discover flowers, plants and animals both big and small.
