The main bedroom has a King Size bed, air conditioning, TV with streaming and a private bathroom with a large walking closet. Second Bedroom consists of 1 full bed, air conditioning, streaming TV, large closet, secondary bathroom in the main hallway, a mezzanine with a queen bed. In the main room or living room we have high-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTV and air conditioning. Balcony with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, ovens, blender, toaster and everything you need to cook whatever you want. We can recommend local taxi companies and also home delivery services for groceries, pharmacy and other services. - ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their stay. As a welcome, we give them an average of 24kw for free. Each customer is responsible for its replacement. - Golf cart rental upon request, the price and availability will depend on the dates and number of days. - The original capacity of the property is 6 people, but we allow a fifth for an additional cost of US$25 per day. - We charge a security deposit of US$250 to cover possible damage to the property, it must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there is no damage to the property.
