Schönes, modernisiertes Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern, ungefähr drei Blocks vom Strand und einen Block von der Isle of Palms Marina entfernt! Die private Höhle in der ersten Etage dient als fünftes Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für zwei Personen auf einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Dieses Haus liegt am Wild Dunes Golfplatz und bietet einen entspannenden Blick auf den örtlichen Jachthafen Morgan's Creek und einen einfachen Zugang zur Isle of Palms Public Boat Ramp.

Zur Ausstattung gehören: Holzfußböden im ersten Stock, ein großer Wohnbereich mit 60-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV / DVD und eine private Höhle mit Flachbild-Kabel-TV, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für acht und die renovierte Küche ist mit Geräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Eine Frühstücksecke bietet Platz für vier Personen. Entspannen Sie auf der abgeschirmten Veranda, sonnen Sie sich auf dem Hauptbalkon oder kochen Sie mit dem Gasgrill!

We prepared multiple meals and had everything needed. Although the house was several blocks from the beach, there is a beach access at the end of the street. Saying that if the location from the beach is a concern. It is an easy golf cart or bike ride to the beach. The house was very clean and the check out procedure was the easiest our family has ever encountered. Island Realty was wonderful to work with and overall our experience was outstanding!

I had a night that I stepped barely off the driveway and into where landscaping should be (or at least filled in with dirt!!) and fell while 6 months pregnant. The owners/property management should at least fill the void in or area more well lit at night.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had the most wonderful stay in this home, it was clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for spending days at the beach and there is so much great food within a 15 minute drive. We stayed here as a group of 4 adults and we had literally zero complaints. We’ve already discussed how we’d love to stay here again in future years.

Great place, great location, but…

The week was great the house was great, but what was so disappointing was that this rental property was through Island Realty (who was great), and VRBO at booking took their $$$ service fee immediately. I never heard from VRBO again until they asked for a review. I emailed VRBO to discuss the service fee, but I never heard back and called but never heard from VRBO. Save yourself $$$ and book through Island Realty.

Wedding Weekend

One of the best places our group has stayed in Isle of Palms! Proximity to the marina, specifically Islander 71, and being a little further away from the crowded main street were huge pros to this property!!

Wonderful property

This property has a great location, the kitchen was exceptionally equipped. Plenty of space to get away for a few minutes from the group. Dining room was big enough for the 10 of us to eat together. Beds comfortable, nice size rooms. We would definitely rent again!

Clean, great location

The property was in a great location (close to the beach and on a golf course) and was clean, came equipped with great quality Bluetooth speakers, and had plenty of beds for the 8 guys that were in our party. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home and location, great for a big family

Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was great, it is a beautiful home, we found it clean and as pictured and we very much enjoyed the various spaces the home had to offer, especially the porches! The dining areas and living areas accommodated our large family really well, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable.We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the marina too! The house has great equipment for playing music but only has Xfinity (1 million channels of stuff no one wants to watch) and most of the channels we tried to watch didn’t work. There was no Netflix or streaming service available and we could not sign in to our own Netflix account. Wouldn’t have been a big deal in the summer, but for Christmas with a bunch of kids we would have appreciated a more convenient and useful entertainment option. Also, you will need to bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, etc. as nothing was provided by the property management company. Overall though we would highly recommend this beautiful rental home.

Christmas in IOP

Celebrated Christmas with family at IOP. Plenty of room for everyone to gather in the large living area, bedrooms were spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. House was very clean and well maintained. I would suggest using stairs in the garage when bring items into the house since they are not as steep as the front stairs.
