Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying at Rita's! Location was perfect, just steps from the ferry and to a local restaurant/bar. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Rita was very responsive and helpful, especially since we had never been to the island before and had a ton if questions. Can't recommend her place en9ugh.

Excellent Location

The apt was perfect! Clean with extra conveniences – all the basic necessities provided even a First Aid kit! Close to the Ferry and Schooner Inn. The owners were helpful and offered assistance with any needs.

Cute apt

We loved this apt. Landlord was so nice and helpful. Place was updated and clean. Great location in OBP loved that it has washer and dryer downstairs to keep up with to works and laundry during the stay !! Would def stay here again.

Great location and good stay

My friend and I booked last minute for a weekend getaway. The price point was great and what we later found out was so is the location! The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to both the dock where ferries and water taxis come in an to the south shore beach. Easy to access but initially we were unsure where to go (its located up a set of stairs onto a deck). The deck space is nice as well. Located behind an abandoned eatery. Apartment is attached to the owners home (friendly family). It felt like this renovation was just completed as things all seemed very new (ie stickers on the plates and cups, towels were fresh and never washed so unfortunately they left "fuzzy" residue everywhere). No central AC but the units that are present keep the whole place cool. The two window units in the bedroom, however, are super noisy!! The apartment is small but its enough space to comfortably stay for several days. Missing some homey touches that would have made the stay easier (ie small snacks, games, beach umbrella or blanket or chairs, a binder with information about the property and the island in general, how to get around, etc). Two things that we were displeased with. Firstly, while the sliding doors have curtains, having a curtain on the main door would definitely improve privacy. Additionally, it did not seem that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived (there was tons of sand and debris in the shower). Overall, pleasant experience and would recommend.
