Nice Kitchen for Thanksgiving

Overall it was a nice stay. My family stated how all bathrooms were a bit small for plus size people. Beds were all memory foam type mattress. Also, maybe a deep cleaning could be done as floors were sticky & a bit dirty when walking barefoot. I understand companies just clean the basics to get it ready for the next customer, but a deep cleaning is needed. Window sill had not been cleaned of dust, flying bugs and debris.

Early Fall Wonderful Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We last minute decided on a weekend anniversary trip. We have used Luxury Rentals several times and have never been disappointed. Our trip this time was probably the best ever. Our condo was clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. As sixty year olds, we had trouble with the TV. They quickly came to our rescue to fix. Would definitely recommend this condo to all. We will be back. Great weekend with wonderful accommodations! Thank you for top notch everything!!!!:)

The stay was short

Upon arrival the condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 8. However, we were quickly displaced when we found bedbugs in the master bedroom. The property did refund us but could not help us with a new rental and it being Labor Day weekend it was very hard to find a place to accommodate 8 people. They also wanted to communicate through text which I felt was rude. They seemed kinda callus about the situation. The maintenance man who came to do the inspection was the nicest person we dealt with in the situation. It did put a damper on our family vacation. We probably won’t book through this rental company anymore.

At 1st check in we had some concerns, but were immediately fixed by property management. 10/10 Suzanne was absolutely amazing with checking on us. Cleaners that came were 10/10 we hope to return to this beautiful home soon.

Nice unit

We loved the place. Location was close to a lot of recommended places to eat and not too far away from the airport. I did not receive the door code before arriving but luckily the phone line had a 24 hr person to connect to. The property manager is very responsive. All the beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. One of the beach chairs may need to be replaced because the seat is starting to give on one side but my friend was still able to use it. There is someone cleaning or working on the property daily. If you use an umbrella can only be back at the umbrella line on the beach -we had to move back from where we originally were. Pool was refreshing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Also for those wondering the coffee pot is a keurig and is for both a single cup or a pot. Would stay here again if I’m in a big group. Really enjoyed our stay! The pictures are representative of the rooms. Bathrooms aren’t huge but worked for our group. They even had movies and games to play in one of the closets. Nice place!

Enjoyed our stay !!

Loved the Condo!! Had plenty of room!! We were a group of 8 .. 4 adults, a 8 & 10 yr old , 2 yr old and a 5 month old! Convenient access to the beach and pool! Will book again in the future!!

The condo itself was nice. With the exception of mold in the master bathroom and in the dishwasher. We bought mold spray ,but help very little. Sheets in one of the rooms were never washed. The location was perfect and the people around the Condo were very friendly. Would we return? Yes, but in a different unit now that we know they all look the same in hopes they are kept up better.

End of Summer Getaway

This was just what we needed to relax and recharge! From the welcome sign when we opened the door to all of the beautiful decor - it was perfect. We truly appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs and fun books to read. The condo was super clean and just lovely. The management staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Great location, property as described and pictured. My family had a wonderful time. My sister who is wheelchair dependent and my dad who also has limited mobility stayed inside most of the time. We came during the Hurricane Idalia and condo management constantly checked on us to make sure we were safe. No complaints although beach towels, vacuum cleaner (or adult-sized broom), an iron and maybe smart tv would have made the stay perfect. To be truly handicap assessable, a shower chair would have been nice.

Great location and perfect view.

Everything you need except a full sized broom. The condo is far enough away from the main strip that you dont have to worry about all the heavy traffic, and watching the sunrise from the balcony made our mornings perfect. The master bathroom shower and washing machine need a good deep clean to remove mildew, but the condo was clean and as seen in pictures otherwise.

Great Location & Amenities

We were a party of 8. My husband, I and our 3 kids (ages 9, 7 and 6) and my mother and 2 sisters. The building was clean and quiet. The pool was never busy and loud like the larger building next door. We stayed 7 nights and didn't need to buy dish soap, shampoo, hand soap, paper towels or trash bags (we used our Walmart plastic bags). We did need to purchase toilet paper and laundry soap. They do let you know that only a starter set of these items are provided. The A/C worked great and beach was busy but never crowded. The location was 20-30 minutes from everything we did and parking was not an issue for our 2 vehicles. The property manager was great to communicate with thru text messages and you saw the grounds guy there every day keeping the common areas clean. We would definitely stay again.

Recent Myrtle Beach family vacation

The location is great. Outdoor pool was definitely a plus. Outside property is well maintained. The condo we were in was a little outdated and needed some improvements. There was no vacuum on site which wasn’t ideal with the beach location and the amount of sand carried in. Would look around for a different condo to rent next vacation.

Great Place, Good Location

Nice size and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was on the beach and had a nice pool area View was great overlooking the beach.. Parking was also great with an assigned space. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as good shopping places. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The condo is in a great location and being on the second floor turned out to be a big plus.2. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room.3. The decor was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing.4. The condo was very clean. The kitchen and living room have been updated beautifully. Beautiful furniture, tile floors, just great. We did not cook, but if you wanted to have a meal in, this kitchen had everything you needed. The washer and dryer are new and worked great (You need to buy your own laundry detergent)5. The bathrooms were clean but not updated. The vanity in the main bedroom had fake drawers. Very odd.6. We discovered on the day of check out that there were beach chairs in the front hall closet. Our fault we didn't look.Cons:1. Wifi issues: My nephew had to take his last final exam for medical school for this semester and the wifi wouldn't work. At 7am he had to sit in my car-which had wifi and take his exam for 2 hours. We contacted the building management the day before but the problem did not get fixed.2. No toilet paper had to go buy it-not a big deal3. The twin beds were awful. We had to go and buy a blow up bed and someone slept on the couch.4. The door from the main bedroom did not open so there was no access to the balcony which was disappointing. I would have loved to hear the waves. We did call the telephone number that was given, but got to response.

Great getaway

The process of renting this condo was very easy to book. The condo was exactly as promised. It had a updated kitchen and stocked completely with dinnerware. It was very clean and comfortable furniture. I definitely would rent this unit again.
