HOUSE RULES
Please make sure you read and understand these rules. It helps us provide a positive experience for all guests and minimizes any potential extra charges.

1. We do not allow parties or events. Visitors are allowed but exceeding the overnight occupancy or making excessive noise during quiet hours is not allowed. If we determine you are disturbing the peace, we will provide a warning. If a third warning is needed, it will result in a cancellation and no refund.

2, This is a no shoes house. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time to clean.

3. Please no smoking. There is a $200 charge if cigarette or marijuana smoke needs to be removed.

4. Please do not mail packages to the home. We cannot guarantee you will be able to receive it.

5. Check out by 11AM unless late check-out requested. If our cleaners are not able to clean due to a late checkout, a $75 fee will be assessed.
