Guest Access:
Guests are privileged to enjoy free access to all the amenities of the apartment, Seven Palm Hotel, West Palm Beach, Roof Deck Pool and Gym.

The apartment is designed for the absolute privacy of our guests. Intercom access and 24 hour porter building service are in place to ensure our guests' safety and ultimate protection.

The apartment is rented exclusively to the guests registered at the reservation, thus you are handed an access card which allows you to utilize the VIP private parking and all the complex amenities.

To access the parking please enter the residence parking when you enter NH Collection using your parking card. The parking card is inside the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The Studio apartment occupies a high-rise building in Palm Jumeirah, with popular attractions and landmarks within walking distance, including the Nakheel Mall, Palm West Beach, The Surf Club, KoKo Bay & Playa Beach and offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Ocean, Marina skyline, the iconic Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Eye.

Getting Around:
We offer 1 parking space free of cost should you have a car or wish to rent one. Cabs are easy to find and very reasonable, you can also use Uber or Kareem for getting around.

To access the parking please enter the residence parking when you enter NH Collection using your parking card. The parking card is in the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

- We offer concierge services at an additional cost.

- VIP complimentary parking.

- Complimentary access to all building facilities including West Palm Beach, Roof Deck pool and Gym.

- All guests included in the reservation shall submit copies of their passports 72 hours prior arrival thus we ensure unobstructed access to the building.

- For reservations longer than 6 nights all our guests get 10% discount through our travel partners on the following Dubai attractions: Desert Safari, Creek Dhow Cruise, Marina Dhow Cruise and Dolphin Show.

- For 6 night stays we offer a towel change on the 4th day of your stay; for stays of 8 days or more we provide a complimentary linen change on the 6th day and a complete wipe-down and mop inside the property and balcony areas.

- Standard check in time is at 3pm onwards, we facilitate arrival 24 hours per day.

- A fee of $3 / AED 10 is applicable per night, this is mandatory Government Tourism Dirham Fee which will either be build directly by the platform or collected by us.

- Lost Access Card - AED 500 each.

- If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
