Eine geräumige, luftige, gut ausgestattete, klimatisierte Villa mit hochwertigem Innendesign. Ideal für Familien und Golfer. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Wohngegend. Das Anwesen verfügt über 1 Zweibettzimmer 1 Doppelzimmer und Bad im Erdgeschoss + separates WC. Ein großes Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Bad und Türen zu einem großen Solarium mit Meerblick. Die Lounge verfügt über einen englischen HD-Fernseher mit TV-Aufnahmemöglichkeit, WLAN, DVD und eine Auswahl an DVDs / CDs. Eine gut ausgestattete amerikanische Einbauküche mit Herd, Kochfeld, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Vom Essbereich bis zum Wintergarten können Sie sich entspannen und die wunderschönen Gärten betrachten. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Carport, der die Sonne von Ihrem Auto fernhält - genau das, was Sie in den heißen Sommermonaten brauchen! Es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von zwei Gemeinschaftspools und 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Villamartin Plaza im andalusischen Stil entfernt, wo sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Banken und ein Supermarkt für alle Nationalitäten befinden.
Es muss kein Mineralwasser gekauft werden, da in der Villa ein gefiltertes Wassersystem installiert ist.

Lokale Strände: Der nächste ist eine 10-minütige Fahrt von La Zenia entfernt, einem mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichneten Strand mit Strandbar und Klettergerüst für Kinder. Ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Strand La Zenia bringt Sie zum Strand Cala Capitan von Cabo Roig, wo Sie in den Sommermonaten eine Strandbar finden.
Es gibt einen schönen Spaziergang um die Landzunge zum Hauptstrand von Cabo Roig, einen Besuch im Yachthafen, um die Boote zu bewundern (nehmen Sie etwas Brot, um den Fisch zu füttern) und trinken Sie etwas oder probieren Sie Tapas in einem der beiden Cafés / Bars rund um den Yachthafen.
Weitere interessante Strände in Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca und Campoamor sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt von unserer Villa entfernt.

Vor dem Villamartin Plaza befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die Sie zum Strand bringt.

Winterurlaub

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel lief problemlos. Michael von DC Property Management war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Es fehlt uns nichts. Einzig die Anzahl der Stromverbraucher mussten dosiert eingesetzt werden, da sonst die Sicherung kam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle 2 Wochen trotz Corona

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen! Zuerst mussten wir leider von der Buchung wg Corona zurücktreten- die Kommunikation mit Tom war perfekt und immer vertrauenswürdig. Ohne Weiteres erhielten wir unseren Betrag zurück. Als sich die Situation besserte, haben wir direkt wieder zugeschlagen und es nicht bereut. Jeder von uns kam auf seine Kosten - die Ausstattung war vor allem kindgerecht (Babystuhl, Bett, Geschirr, Treppenschutzgitter, sicheres Grundstück). Unsere Großen konnten sich in den beiden sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspools austoben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt & der Garten ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder... Many thanks & hopefully again :)

Holiday Let

My family and a friend booked this villa in Villamarin for our summer holiday, we arranged to meet Michael on site late evening after arrival and he was waiting for us, he gave us a run down of the full villa and highlighted if there were any issues just contact him. This was not required as our stay was fantastic, the villa is perfectly situated for walking to the plaza, and had great walks down by the canal to los dolsis ect, 15 min drive to the beach, superb, would highly recommend booking this one. Thanks Michael for all you done and the recommendations.

Home away from home

Our stay in Villamartin was great staying in Tom's villa. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The villa was clean and homely making us feel at ease stratight away. The terrace was perfect for relaxing during the day with plenty of seating options. We had a small issue with the oven at the beginning of the trip but the property managers couldn't have been more helpful. They had someone over that day to check it out and by the next lunch time the oven was fixed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we had a great holiday.

Fantastic Holiday

My husband and I are just home from our holiday with our 2 young children and grandparents. This villa is very spacious for all the family and only a few mins walk down to the fantastic pool. The plaza which has so many bars and reassurance to choose from Is only 5mins down the road again so handy when you have w young family with prams etc. It made our holiday easy and enjoyable! The villa itself is great witu beautiful gardens to relax in however the only draw back is lack of air con. The bedrooms only have fans and this just isn’t enough to cool down in 30 odd degrees heat. Some nights in the upstairs bedroom it became unbearable. This is the only draw back to an otherwise fantastic villa in a fantastic location. The owners are also great with communication and I felt al my questions were answered promptly.

Beautiful property, too hot though

Just back from a two week vacation in this property. We loved the location, the house and all it had to offer to our family. Our only criticism of the house was the heat upstairs. It really does need an air conditioner as a few nights my son had to sleep downstairs, this was when the temperatures were not as high as is expected next week. If there was an air conditioner upstairs we would definitely book this house every year. Beautiful house and easy access to pools made it so enjoyable

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient

6 adults and one 3 year old had a lovely stay here in Villamartin. The villa is large and comfortable with many different leisure areas so families can enjoy their own space without always being crowded together! We oldies particularly enjoyed the conservatory with it's large sliding windows and the young ones loved the rooftop solarium.There was even a paddling pool in the storage chest on the rooftop terrace which my granddaughter loved. It is very well equipped, nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The memory foam topper in the upstairs bed is a nice addition. It was 30C and very hot at night when we were there so the upstairs bedroom was rather warm even with the fan and open windows. We were very glad of the air conditioning in the living room. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. Plenty of keys were provided. The quiet location is great, being so close to the Villamartin Plaza which has restaurants galore and live entertainment. The local supermarket there is also very good. The lovely quiet, clean pool is 2 minutes walk away and it's a 10 minute drive to a delightful beach which has rockless, shallow water going out a long way. Communication with the owners was great, all queries being answered promptly. I can highly recommend staying here.

Excellent, spacious villa in quiet location

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and well-equipped villa. Surrounded by mature gardens, and with several seating/patio areas to give sun or shade at any time of day, this made an ideal base for a winter sun break. The interior is spacious and light, and equipped to a very high standard. We enjoyed the very quiet residential location but the cafes/bars of Villamartin plaza are only a 5 minute walk away. A short drive away are the high class shops of La Zenia plaza, or many beaches. I should also add that the owners and property manager were exceptionally helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

A Quality Villa

This is a lovely villa - spacious, light and airy in a quiet urbanisation. The location is very good, convenient for all amenities. It has a lovely roof terrace, where we enjoyed many an evening watching the sun go down . Inside there is plenty of room for six. More towels and bed linen - and I would have rated it five-stars.

Fantastic villa in a great location with all the amenities you'll need!

Stayed at this villa for a 2 week holiday with the family and we had a great time! The villa is a great size with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one double and one twin) and 1 master bedroom on the first floor. Outside there is a table and chairs with a retractable roof, which is ideal if you want to sit in the shade (great for kids if feeling too hot in the sun) or alternatively there is a second outdoor table and chairs on the first floor veranda which also has sun loungers (great for sun bathing). The house has 2 BBQ's also which are great. The kitchen is great with all the utensils and things you need such as dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine etc. In the living room, there is a large tv which has all of the U.K. Channels, a sound bar and DVD player which is fantastic. Also in the living room is a selection of games, books and magazines. Located close to the property, within walking distance, are a couple of communal swimming pools which are great! The villa is within 15 minutes walking distance from the Villamartin plaza which contains a shop, post office, hairdressers and many bars and restaurants. The restaurants are great covering a large selection of dishes. If you want just fish and chips, then Qeseda 2 is fantastic, The Hens Teeth is also good and if you want a really good steak then you must experience Steakstones. The atmosphere in the plaza is great. The villa is far enough away from the plaza to not pick up any noise. There are also a number of places outside of the plaza within walking distance of the villa such as Drivers Bar. This has a great atmosphere with a quiz night on a Friday. Within walking distance of the villa is Villamartin Golf Course. The golf course is very good and offers discounts if playing later in the day. This golf course has a great clubhouse with a huge veranda type bar overlooking the eighteenth hole. Great for families to sit and watch you coming in after a round. Whilst staying at the villa there are some great taxi services to take you to places such as La Zenia (a huge shopping precinct with big name shops), Torrevieja town and water parks. We went to Aquopolis Waterslide park in Torrevieja and found it to be really good. Slides available for kids of all ages. Overall, really pleased with our stay at this villa and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. A great place to relax and chill out which is just what we needed. Many thanks.

First Class.

Our Villa was lovely everything you could possibly want is there, and I mean everything, we did spend a lot of our evenings on the Roof Terrace which is not overlooked and lovely and quiet, sun beds, BBQ, Villa spotlessly clean, if I had to have a moan about anything it would be the towels they seemed very thin and need replacing,certainly would book again.

Lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed this property for a second time during a golftrip . It is at a great and quiet location with a beautiful roof terrace, all amenities that you need are present and a small shopping centre with restaurants is within walking distance. Efficient check in and check out and fast response from the owners during rental process. We highly recommend and we certainly will be back! Hans

Fantastic villa

This villa is equipped to a high standard and is very clean plenty of hot water it has everything you need ,very home from home ..we were a family of six adults and two babies ....we loved the gardens and roof terrace ....There is loads of restaurants near the villa it is just a short walk to Villa Martin Plaza .....It has air conditioning in the living room which was great as the weather was very hot ,but the up stairs bedroom doesn't have this air conditioning it has a fan the same as the down stairs bedrooms but the fan is no good up stairs in the very hot weather ... I would defenetly book this villa again and Tina who looks after the villa was so nice and very helpful .....

Our current villa which we purchased in 2008 is so much better. You know when you first walk into a place, you get that feeling, well this villa does that!

Apart from being spacious with a modern interior, we love how close it is to the Villamartin Plaza, don't have to think about drinking and driving.
The Plaza is just fantastic, so beautifully laid out, no pictures seem to do it justice.
