Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Free street parking is available, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots.
Please respect Pulaski Mahal and the neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.
1) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.
2) Additional visitors are not permitted at the property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.
3) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.
4) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.
5) Please be respectful of the neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
6) Pets are not allowed at the property. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.
7) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
8) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.
9) Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
10) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items are missing, we will attempt to locate them. If found, we will ship them to you at your expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.
