Boasting exceptional design and luxurious decor, the apartment provides direct access to a large outdoor swimming pool, as well as an underground spa and gym, making it the ultimate retreat for rest and relaxation.

THE PROPERTY
The open-plan living area boasts a stunning feature wall of glass that offers breathtaking blue-sky views, creating the impression of a living landscape painting. This bright and airy space encompasses the lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, making you feel right at home.

For those who love traditional Portuguese “Al Fresco” dining, the living area extends through sliding French doors onto a spacious private terrace by the pool. This terrace features a second outdoor dining area and padded seating, ideal for enjoying the sunset and admiring the palm trees against the sparkling ocean backdrop. Green bushes and oleanders border the large communal pool and manicured garden, just steps away. It's the perfect spot for relaxing and tanning under the intense Algarvian sun without much effort.
Inside, the property features three spacious bedrooms, one configured as a king, the other as a double and the other as a twin. The bedrooms are serviced by two complete bathrooms, both with a His and Her basins, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub and overhead shower, to suit the needs of the whole family.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Compliance with legal requirements re identity. All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras. To comply with legal formalities all guests must provide upon booking personal information for this purpose only. The information required is full name, date and place of birth, city and country of residence and passport number. The requirement is mandatory.
No pets – unfortunately, due to allergies issues we are not able to allow pets.

It is necessary for all guests to comply with the condo rules and regulations, as well as local laws. All the condo regulations are found in the guest’s welcome book.

GUEST ACCESS
For your holiday, you have exclusive use of the entire apartment. You can enjoy the shared amenities of the garden and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the indoor facilities like pool, gym, hot tub at your leisure. Additionally, there is ample parking outside the apartment.
