- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
- The minimum age to rent this property is 30
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced and subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation
- This is a quiet community so please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 9PM - 8AM.
- This home provides a fire pit, but fire wood is excluded. Community burning hours are as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Sunday: No Burning Allowed
- No Fireworks allowed anywhere on the property
- A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.
- Trash must remain indoors/in garage and cannot be kept outside due to bears and wildlife. Trash can be disposed of as per Community Rules at 186 Sir Bradford Road

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
