Stay TOGETHER and forget about booking tacky, noisy, dirty, cramped, impersonal hotel rooms with no kitchen, washer/dryer, or outdoor fire pit {how else would you make s'mores?!}. And don't settle on a place way out-of-town forcing you to spend half your vacation stuck in the usual heavy traffic commuting to/from Gatlinburg during weekends, summers, holidays, and special events. "It's just not worth the few dollars you may save" we constantly see posted on social media from those who have made this mistake. Time is precious. Waste it wisely.*

This charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin sleeps 8 {3 queen beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa} and is located in the popular Arts & Crafts community of Gatlinburg.^ It is NOT on a mountain, so is easily accessible year-round by any type of vehicle! The driveway, with a new carport, can accommodate up to three standard vehicles. Although the cabin is a short stroll to many good shops and eateries {no sidewalk on actual street but new paved walking trail for safety/convenience about a block away at end of street}, free trolleys are available to take you to the downtown "strip". There you will find Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Space Needle, Sky Park, popular stores, delicious restaurants, moonshine bars, and various entertainment. The cabin is also conveniently located near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the Gatlinburg Dog Park, the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes, Dollywood, and Smoky Mountains National Park. Many guests simply park at the post office and grab a free trolley from there for wherever they want to go, including Rocky Top Sports World and Gatlinburg Community Center. The Center is open all year and offers many fun, affordable recreation options. This includes a large/heated/indoor swimming pool that is available from June to September. Be aware that Gatlinburg is extremely strict about DUI's and there is NO Uber or Lyft service. The free trolley service throughout Gatlinburg is highly advised for all guests wishing to go downtown for moonshine tasting or cocktails. There is a trolley stop within walking distance of the cabin for those who prefer to do no driving at all.

Popular holidays include Valentine's Day {$100 if BOTH Valentine's Day & Washington's Birthday are included}, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, Halloween, etc. Again, this is for "EACH night of the reservation", NOT just the holidays. The above non-negotiable Holiday Premiums also apply if the reservation is part of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND whether the actual holiday is included or not. Due to software issues here, the posted rates do NOT include Holiday Premiums and are NOT reflected in the itemized total provided at booking. They are manually added to the reservation prior to it being accepted.

DISCOUNTS: Our best rates are those posted and are FIRM. As a 5⭐️ rated property, we do not offer any "last minute" deals or specials other than those posted. {No discount is valid if a holiday is included and only 1 discount is allowed per guest; invalid discounts are manually removed prior to reservation being accepted}. However, we do not charge more for weekends like most vacation rentals and hotels do! All rate reduction requests are automatically considered SPAM and blocked/deleted with no reply. Accordingly, we kindly ask all travelers to please respect our very competitive posted rates. Thank you.

^LOCATION: This cabin is located on Shields View Drive. For obvious privacy/security/safety reasons, we never disclose the street number to strangers over the Internet. It is, of course, specified on the rental agreement. Please look up distances to points of personal interest {downtown strip, restaurants, shops, attractions, buildings, parks, hiking trails, ski slopes, etc.} from the property's road. We are just not able to provide this type of concierge service, that includes answering questions about the weather, due to the high volume of inquiries we receive.

OCCUPANCY: The posted Non-Negotiable 8 Person Maximum that this property sleeps/allows {per strict fire code} obviously includes children of ALL ages. If your group will exceed this limit, you will need to book a different property or book an additional property.

PETS: Dogs Only Allowed {MUST Be Completely House-Broken, Totally Flea-Free, Very Well-Behaved, & Crated When Left Alone If Necessary} ~ Non-Refundable Flat $50 Fee Per Dog. There is No Limit on the Amount of Dogs, the Size of Dogs, the Weight of Dogs, or the Breed of Dogs. Please Disclose if You Will Have a Dog{s} When You Submit Your Initial Inquiry.

Additionally, we are fully-insured and inspected annually by the Gatlinburg Fire Department.
