THE CONDO HAS MOLD
About 2 days into being there, i started feeling sick. Coughing, runny nose, chest congestion. I started inspectung the room. I found mold on the curtains beside the air conditioner that was blowing on our bed. The bed was concrete so i couldnt move it. The kitchen appliances were extremely rusty. The tv had a cracked screen. It rained while there and rain came in under condo entrance. I slid and fell on hip and elbow. The bathroom exhaust hadnt worked there in the 10 years according to mngr. Mold in the bathroom and mildew. Everything smelled. I actually lost 5 lbs from not having an appetite. No hot water. We had to leave 5 days early due to mold poisoning. Spoke to VRBO and they are on the host team. I have a dr. Report, pics, and video to back up every claim i have mentioned in this review. If you used VRBO and they misrepresented the room and didnt adhere to their "Booking with Confidence" mission statement, call the BBB. Get pics, names, videos of all. I wish i could post pics here but it will not let me. Older people warning, do not stay at Cancun Condo Plaza if you have underlying health issues. The restaurant there is expensive and the food is not even par. The aechitecture and view is beautiful, but not worth becoming ill. Stay at a 5 star luxury hotel that is all inclusive closer to shops. Their onsite grocery store has doll house size items at a very steep price. The other store down the road had garbage all over the ground and was a quite scary neighborhood.
