Noisy villa

The front room that has the pull out couch is next to the elevator which is horribly loud all night long. Our property was not clean, nor did the jacuzzi work in 2nd full bath. Had to call security for neighbors waking my children up multiple times

Great for the price

Great amenities. It has everything you need, including a little market if you need anything. Fitness center was ok. It had cardio and weights but at least 4 machines were broken. If I stayed longer I would have to go to another gym. Everyone was nice. Mom and Grandmother loved the bingo and then the nightly music. Easy access to Disney and I-Drive. Would stay again.

Awesome stay and we will be back!

We had such a good time. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub in the evenings and listening to the music. The resort had a lot to offer. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Everything we needed in a convenient location.

Didn't realize from the photos that it was two suites connected by a shared entry but it turned out it was just what we needed. We put the teens on one side and the adults on the other! Everything was clean, had a couple requests for management and they took care of us right away. The location is just minutes from Disney Springs and convenient to Publix and Wal-Mart for shopping. Would definitely stay again. BEST PART... For such a busy property it was very quiet at night. None of that typical hotel noise. Great night's sleep!

Room to spare!

Everything was as advertised. Staff was welcoming and pool and hot tub nice. Lots of equipment available to play tennis or other games. Suite gave us room to spread out and everyone was comfortable. Rooms were clean and beds comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Paradise in Kissimmee

The 3 bedroom unit was perfect. Nicely decorated with new furnishings and bright colors. The outdoor porch had a great view of the pool , fountains and the tennis courts. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy. Easy access to all local attractions. Will definitely stay here again. Chris checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed.

Not quite right

We arrived about eight o’clock for our check in. Check in is after 4 pm so we expected our room to be ready. After about 20 minutes, we were told the room was not ready. We went to dinner and came back and checked in. The 3 bedroom condo was actually two adjoining rooms an A and B unit connected with doors. The master bath toilet had a leak which eventually got fixed after 5 nights. Also, the shower in the master bath was impossible to control to get a nice, comfortable temperature. It was very hard to find the precise point where the water would become hot and then you could not get it to a warm temperature before it became cold. We asked for towel service after 4 nights and it never happened. We had to pick up towels at the front desk ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet until our 7th night when we could hear banging and clanking in the room above us at 1:30am. This interrupted all of our sleep and we needed to call in order to get some sleep. The next night there was more of the same and we had to call again in order to sleep. Overall the property is kept up nice in a good location. The management is aware of the issues we were experiencing and at check out we did not receive any compensation for our troubles, although we believe it is being reviewed.

Needs updating

Overall, the room was average. What I didn't like was having to listen to a sales pitch just to get our parking pass. Big turn off right from the get go. Also, the room wasn't ready on time and was in dire need of renovation. The refrigerator leaked water. Advised the front desk but got no response. The facilities advertised look nice in the picture but that's it. The pool was nice. Beyond that, it's just over priced for the product that is delivered.

Fabulous family vacation

Perfect place for a family stay, we were a couple travelling with our 3 adult children and parents. We have stayed at Star Island many times over the years (my parents were owners until recently) and it never disappoints!

A top notch facility

This a great property with something to offer all members of your family. A great pool, miniature golf course, tennis courts and more situated on beautiful grounds. The condo is wonderful with all the attributes including whirlpool bath, full kitchen, comfortable beds. And all for a reasonable price. The staff knows customer service and how to serve with grace and accomplishment. I highly recommend this top spot.
