Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for relaxation and fun, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Our home is centrally located with easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, multiple golf courses & a quick 10-min drive to the Airport. Whether you're gathering with family, friends, or here for a special occasion, our home offers the perfect base for all your activities!

Our large, beautiful backyard provides you with everything you need from our private pool, hot tub, dining area, grill, archery, & our comfortable outdoor seating for you to enjoy a fun, relaxing stay!

Our home is laid out perfectly for up to 8 guests, with a total of 3 bedrooms that offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Our home is both friend, family, & workspace friendly. Enjoy access to:

- 2 Bathrooms: Clean and well-appointed, with towels, toiletries, and essentials provided.
- Living Areas: Cozy spaces for relaxing, watching TV, or reading.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ready for you to whip up meals, complete with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods.

Pool and Hot Tub Rules:
-Please do not bring glass in or near the pool.
-No running or Horseplay.
-No Animals are allowed in the pool or hot tub.
-No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
-Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
-Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
-Please do not disconnect the pool vacuum.
-Pool toys and additional seating are in the shed.

Ring Doorbell has camera.

We are not Liable for any injuries that occur on the property.

The garage can used for parking 1 space, as the laundry machines are located here as well.

Please do not set A/C bellow 72. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service fee.

For Pets:
Clean up pet waste.
Do not leave pets unattended for more than 4 hours unless in a crate.
Keep pets off the furniture and out of the pool/hot tub.

When bringing pets that shed please be advised that any additional clean due to dog hair or damages will be charged separately. Failure to notify us of any pets brought into the home will result in fees of up to $500 per pet.

Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check in.

The pool gets serviced every Thursday. Storms and weather are out of our control and may cause the pool to be inoperable during your stay. Refunds will not be given due to this.
