This unit is in the gated community of Waterside III on the 5th floor and has many great amenities: designated covered parking spot #45, communal pool and hot tub, BBQ grills, fitness center, billiards in the community room, a fishing pier, bocce, pickleball and tennis courts, plus biking/walking nature paths. There is also dedicated beach parking near the roundabout for communities on Bay Beach lane with deeded beach access just across the street! Making accessing the white sandy shore of the Gulf pretty easy.

In the condo there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, and a den - a perfect space to work from home or enjoy a book. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with beautiful finishes. The master suite bathroom is spacious and features a double vanity, beautiful shower and a nice walk-in closet.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer in the condo as well.

The kitchen has been upgraded with white quartz countertops and soft turquoise-tone cabinets. The main living area has large windows and glass sliding doors leading to the screened patio which expands across the entire living area and master suite - allowing lots of Florida sunshine in! The decorating has been professionally done with soft colors providing a very comfortable vacation home.

Enjoy the island life here on Fort Myers Beach. This property requires 30-night minimum rentals. Multi-month rentals are preferred. Waterside is part of the Estero Bay Improvement Association, guests have access to all EBIA amenities on Bay Beach Lane

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

The condo association here requires a 20-day minimum lead time, so NO last minute bookings are accepted. They also require an application form to be submitted, paired with a non-refundable fee of $150. Reservation confirmation is subject to the condo board’s approval. Upon arrival, guests must register with the gate attendant to receive their parking pass.
