*The Beachside II pool renovation project is set to begin on September 1st 2024 with an anticipated completion date of March 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Beach House Pool located next to Beachside II, the Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside Pool opening November 2024. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .5 miles from Beachside II. Rates during this time will reflect a 15% discount.

This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 8th floor at Beachside Two. The condo has professional designer touches throughout. In addition to sugar white beaches, Beachside Two offers a seasonally heated swimming pool and an on-site fitness center. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
