Modern 3-bedroom Gulf front unit with breathtaking views as soon as you step foot inside. If you want to feel like you are in paradise, this is the condo for you. As you walk inside you are immediately taken by the fantastic view of the Gulf. The beautifully updated kitchen with a stunning waterfall style countertop and modern finishes is perfect for family meals or a quick bite before more beach adventures. An impressive coffee and beverage bar is located beside the kitchen for guests to enjoy. Brew a cup of fresh coffee and watch the sunrise from the living area balcony. A washer and dryer are provided for guests' convenience.
Plenty of sleeping space is found through the condo. One room is set up with a bunk bed and trundle. A spacious second room comes with a luxurious king-sized bed overlooking the water. The main bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed overlooking the Gulf. You'll feel like you are in a spa with the luxurious en-suite bathroom that includes a tile walk in shower and separate soaking tub which is perfect to unwind after a long hot day at the beach!
Wristbands are provided to guests. All guests must wear wristbands at all times on property. Wristbands are located in the unit and must be returned to the unit at the end of your stay. Wristbands are $25 each if lost or missing.
Local nearby owners with multiple properties in the neighborhood available for emergencies during your stay. You will receive check-in instructions and your door code within 24 hours of arrival with all property details & stay instructions.
The Majestic Resort is located in Panama City beach, a small beach community in Northwest Florida. This resort is nestled in the middle of all of the action with dining, activities and special attractions all at your fingertips. Those wanting to relax on the beach can just walk down to the property and they are steps away from beautiful white sand and world-famous sunsets. Jet ski rental available on-site at behind the resort. Many shops, restaurants bars and land-based activities are all within walking distance from the resort. If you are looking to explore, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, fishing charters, scuba diving excursions, dolphin tours, Pier Park are all only a short drive away.
This is Building 2 and unit 601. There are two separate buildings for Majestic and if you are facing the beach, it will be the building on your left. You can park in the covered parking garage across the road with a covered walk over bridge with easy access to the condo and shopping plazas are all within walking distance from the resort. For those wanting to get out and explore most restaurants, retail centers, parks and other activities are all within a short drive from the resort. Scooter and golf cart rentals are a short walk from the resort and some places offer delivery options.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please be sure to read and follow all house rules.
- Please note, only starter amenities are provided. You will need to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this home.
Parking Details:
- 1 vehicle is allowed in the covered parking garage for guests.
- There is a required HOA registration fee of $40, regardless of whether the guest brings a vehicle. Any additional vehicle is also subject to a $40 fee.
- There should be no parking in spaces 313-436 or the 3rd floor.
- If the garage is full, a public parking lot is one block east on Churchwell.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
