Come take in all that the area has to offer while relaxing in our true Old Floridian-styled home! Charming three bedroom, 2 bath with an open layout flowing into a huge in-home sunroom that overlooks the Oasis-lounge backyard!

Location is excellent in one of North Palm Beach's sweet neighborhoods near the beaches, shopping, entertainment and best of Palm Beach!

Pet friendly so your furry friend can enjoy this paradise as well!

You'll have the entire fully fenced in Oasis-like backyard to yourself equipped with everything you need to enjoy an amazing Florida day. BBQ while entertaining or lounging underneath the shade. Take a dip in the pool or tan even in our floating lounge chairs!

This home offers a unique Old Floridan-styled sunroom that is built in-home and true to its original form. The dining table is placed in the sunroom to enjoy a wonderful family-meal while overlooking the backyard!

There are three bedrooms decked out with soft white linens and bedding.

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom - King bed and en-suite master bathrooom with accessibility features (hand rails for the toilet and step-in shower).

Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom

Living Room: Queen Pull-Out Couch

This home is an older, true Floridian home, but we have made some amazing renovations to both conserve it's old charm features, yet keep it modern and updated.

** We are a pet-friendly home! ** Dogs are approved and must be disclosed during booking. 2 pets maximum. If pet is found upon arrival or to have occupied the home without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged.

This home does not accommodate parties, gatherings or events of any kind. If you are looking to throw an event or party, this home is not for you.

Will have access to the entire home, backyard and patio space, pool etc! Live like a local.

I’ll be available by text or call, but like to give my guests the privacy they deserve!

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM every day (including weekends). This is a quiet, residential working and elderly neighborhood.

There is no late check-out available.

This is an older home - we have updated it extensively, but have tried to maintain it's old charm in many ways!

We are pet friendly! Please add your pets (up to 2) to the reservation when booking.

Early check-ins can be arranged in advance, with fees of $75 for 2 or more hours before regular check-in time and $50 for less than 2 hours before regular check-in time. Confirmation depends on availability and must be requested the day prior. Fees will be charged separately after booking.

SAFETY NOTICE: As required by North Palm Beach, all occupants must evacuate from the vacation rental following any evacuation order issued by local, state, or federal authorities.

** There is a $200 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.
