This expansive home offers breathtaking ocean views along with everything you need for an unforgettable Outer Banks getaway. Just across the street, you'll find convenient beach access, leading to the pristine shores of the Outer Banks. Spend your days basking in the sun, splashing in the waves, or building sandcastles with the kids.
Step Inside and relax as this home features a comfortable interior, perfect for group gatherings. Unwind in the spacious living area, or catch a movie in the media room. A fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease, while multiple dining areas provide the perfect spot to enjoy them together. Chillin' the Most offers ten bedrooms where you can sleep in comfort, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate after a fun-filled day at the beach. Dip your toes in the sparkling waters of the private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee), unwind in the soothing hot tub, or challenge your group to a game night in the rec room. After a day of adventure, gather around the media room's entertainment center for movie marathons or cozy nights in.
Exploring the Outer Banks: While in Corolla, you can't miss out on visiting the many shopping, eating and sightseeing options on the north-end of the OBX. Just to the north of the home, you'll find Whalehead Park, which is home to the Whalehead Club which sits right on the sound, perfect for catching gorgeous sunsets over the water. Take a climb up the Currituck Lighthouse and capture views of the Outer Banks from the sky!
Beach Access: Just a quick walk from the home! Head south out of the driveway and cross Lighthouse Drive at Perch Street. The beach access has a cleared dune walkover for easy access.
Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings more than 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts future year reservations more than 51 weeks in advance. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Contact our office if you are having difficulty booking this home for next year.
Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
