Come relax with your family & friends at our beautiful 4 seasons log cabin.

In Spring & Summer, you can enjoy the use of private swimming pool and hot tub. With great outdoor seating & dining area.

In Autumn & winter, why not watch the leaves change or the snow fall whilst enjoying a hot cup of coco around our beautiful stone fireplace?

Did we mention the ping pong and foosball tables? As well as a badminton / volley ball net? Plus many more activities!

You'll have full access to our property, the pool and hot tub are private for you and your guests!

Our cabin really has it all!

• Our kitchen which has all the appliances you need to make a microwave ready meal to a 3 course dinner!

Although I wont be available in person - my handyman Mark lives close by and is on hand to help with any issues.

Mark will also come by to clean and add the necessary chemicals to the pool & hot tub for your stay. We want to ensure the pool is operating clean and safe for all of our guests, so please don't mind when Mark comes by!

There is an additional $100 cleaning fee for anyone bringing their pets. This is per stay not per pet.

We strive to minimize their presence through regular cleaning and pest control measures. However, we cannot guarantee that spiders or other insects will not be encountered during your stay.

By continuing with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of encountering spiders or other insects and agree that the management of the cottage shall not be held liable for any discomfort or inconvenience caused by their presence.

The hot tub is available year round.

The outdoor pool operates seasonally.

NOTE* - the spa / hot tub section of the pool is currently not operational.

The pool is NOT heated.
Any person or child that cannot swim should NOT be left unaccompanied either in the pool or on the pool deck area.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at any time.
No running around the deck area.
No diving or bombing allowed.
No Food or Drink items allowed in the pool.
The pool is cleaned and treated on every check out.
If the pool is found to require any additional cleaning due but not limited to:
Items being left in the pool, things such as rocks and or pebbles, kids toys, food, etc., Then we will request an additional cleaning charge from you via Airbnb.
Please do not leave anything in the pool overnight.
Please do not touch or interfere with any of the pool equipment. Anyone found to have interfered or caused damage to any part of the pool, pool area or equipment will be charged accordingly to rectify the damage.
Please report any issues to us immediately.

If you decide to book our log cabin all liability lies with you and your party. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damage, incident or loss caused to you or any other guest whilst at the property.

Very Rustic and Comfortable

This property comes as advertised Rustic and log cabin like but it is quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub are the stars of the show. The cottage has 6 separate bedrooms most of which are connected in an open concept manner. As with most cottages there are minor issues but our host and the local cottage caretaker were very responsive and took care of things. The pool deck is surrounded by a wooden deck with nice chairs and tables to lounge on. Town of Marmora is a 15 minute drive away and can be accessed for anything required during business hours. The summer nights can be hot as there is no air conditioning but overall would recommend this cottage for families,.

Not worthy

I booked a stay at a cottage in Marmora, ON through Vrbo for August 19th to 23rd, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The cottage was in a deplorable state: it was filthy, infested with spiders and flies, and covered in dust. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty and unusable, and the kitchen utensils were clearly unwashed. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken, offering no privacy, and the windows were full of cobwebs and had holes. The worst part was the mold and water damage throughout the cottage, raising serious health concerns.The water ran out during our stay, and despite waiting for almost two hours after calling for help, we ended up restoring the water ourselves by accessing the unfinished, spider-infested basement. Someone finally showed up to check on the situation, but it was too little, too late. We were forced to clean the rooms ourselves, even though we were assured the place had been professionally cleaned. The slow and inadequate response from management only added to our frustration.Overall, this cottage was unsafe and unwelcoming, especially for families with children. We had to leave after just one night, despite having paid for four. A truly disappointing experience that did not meet the expectations set by the Vrbo listing.

Only 1 Bedroom has Privacy.

Overall we had a good stay that main concern was privacy. 2 of the bedrooms share a bathroom that has no locks between them. The two rooms upstairs have closet bifold doors, one of these rooms has no 4th wall. So from it you can see into one of the bedrooms that share a bathroom. The pool was quite cold. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

It was completely fraud on the pictures which were shown online were completely different than what the property actually was. It was filled with spiders different insect we were having two babies in fence and the worst part was the property had bedbugs and we have pictures and we gonna go eat and every angle in order to.
