No Smoking Policy - Smoking or vaping indoors is not allowed. Tampering with smoke detectors or smoking inside will result in a deep cleaning fine. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside, away from any open windows.

No Pet Policy - With the exception of certified service animals, all pets are strictly prohibited.
