Welcome to Bamboo Waikiki 203. This perfectly located studio is in the heart of bustling, world famous Waikiki. This Scandi-style inspired studio will be your retreat after full days on the Oahu beaches (Waikiki beach is only a 5 minute walk away!), sampling the culinary delights of Hawaii, and shopping the boutiques of Waikiki. After enjoying a gorgeous sunset return to this condo where you can relax, enjoy a private lanai, a fully equipped kitchenette, split AC, pool, hot tub, & more.
The layout:
Common area: Fully equipped kitchenette, Queen size bed, folding sofa bed, dining table for 2, plenty of storage, beach towels(please return or there is a $25 charge), Split AC, smart TV with cable and Amazon fire stick, playing cards, and more.
Bathroom: accessible from bedroom or living room and features walk in shower, quartz countertop single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxury organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.
Lanai: Seating for 2. No view, but you can enjoy the fresh air and listen to the sounds of Waikiki.
Bamboo Waikiki does have a laundry room inside the building for your use and it accepts credit cards only.
Ever thought of trying out a tiny house? This place is small, so give it a go here to see if you really would like it! The condo is less than 300sq ft. So the space is ideal for 2, but can fit 3 comfortably on the bed and fold down sofa.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
Parking:
Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and not part of the front desk hotel. You will deal with us directly for everything except the parking which is handled with the front desk. Details below:
$35 per day and must be reserved prior to arrival with the front desk. This will be paid at check in.
Beach information:
World famous Waikiki Beach is a 5 minute walk.
We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.
PEST CONTROL: Due to Hawaii's rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
*We make no guarantee that properties around to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this rental or give guest any right to any refund, or rental adjustment.
