Pet Friendly Beach House with Pool Table

A little Nauti is a newly renovated beach house just blocks from the beach! Conveniently located to everything Mexico Beach has to offer and ready for fun on and off the beach.

Bedroom 1: 1 bunk bed (2 twins)
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed (2 twins)
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom 1 King bed, 1 trundle bed (2 twins)

Bathroom 1: Shower/Tub Combo/toilet/single sink
Bathroom 2: Large Shower/dual sink/toilet

Common Area: Couch/Kitchen/Pool table/ Large Dinning table (sits 10 plus)

* 10min +/- walk to beach
*Boats are allowed and there is plenty of parking, including a 2 car garage
*Pets (up to 2 dogs) allowed. No more than 50 lbs each. $150 pet fee total, not $150/pet.
*Trash Day is Tuesday and Friday

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the Fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
