This amazing Brand New Villa is perfect for your vacation Home. High ceilings welcome you into
stylish and modern living space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room all flow
together, creating a space made for entertaining. Pretty and practical, the stunning fully
equipped kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless appliances.

5 bed/5 bath, all bedrooms have a private bathroom for your utmost privacy. No more waiting in
line to freshen up after a day of adventure.

Your comfort is our priority. We provide fresh linens, towels, and initial bathroom amenities. A
washer and dryer are at your disposal, ensuring a clean and tidy stay.

Enjoy Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet during your stay. Stay connected, unwind with your favorite
shows, or simply browse the web at your leisure.

To complete the magic scene, the patio has a BBQ FREE of charge, where you can relax doing

each bathroom. Please note you will have to bring extra supplies for longer stays. Our Welcome Kits only offer you comfortability upon arrival, but any extra needed items are not included.

• Please note that Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 do not have an additional twin bed but rather a pullout bed.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
