Clean and good location but some problems
We were not told the unit # in the app/email so we had to call for that when we arrived. Then the pad on the door didn't work so we had to call again. Thankfully there was a key in a keylock we could use. However, we had to use one key for the four of us the entire stay which was inconvenient.
After driving all day, we were tired and hungry. Thankfully we didn't have a show to rush to. Then we wanted to cook dinner but the pots and pans were so pitted and rusty they were unusable.
The living room has no lighting whatsoever, ceiling or lamps. We found a floor lamp in a closet and attempted to use it but it was broken off at the base and would not stand up unless braced and held up between two of the dining room chairs.
The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not work. Then when we opened the cabinet in the master bath to place toothbrush holder we weren't going to use, the shelf fell out and several towels fell out into the toilet.
To the credit of the property manager, she came the day after we arrived to check on our issues. She agreed with us and went out and bought some new pots and pans and baking sheets (and utensils which we didn't ask for). She was not able to fix the lamp, ceiling fan, bathroom shelf and key pad but stated she would try to talk to the owners about these problems. Again, having one key for four of us for 3 days was maddening and there was no offer of any retribution or compensation.
