This 2nd Floor, Babcock National GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB Veranda Style Condo, has been beautifully Designed & Furnished. Guests love the openness of the kitchen, living & dining room space. This "Arabella" Floor plan offers, 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms - Plus a Den. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, 2 Walk In Closets and a beautiful En-suite Bathroom.
The Second bedroom also has a King Bed and is on the opposite side of the condo, with easy access to the guest bathroom & laundry room. The Den / Study, offers guests a comfortable sofa, that converts to a pull out trundle bed. This space also includes a desk and office chair that are available for your convenience. The Veranda Condos offer you (Both) a Front & Rear Lanai, With Spectacular Views of the Golf Course, Lake & Resort Style Amenities. This Unit offers one of the BEST VIEWS of the golf course and is the closest building to the amenities. They also come standard with a 1 Car Detached Garage & Private Driveway. The owners have thought of everything including providing an outdoor propane grill which is available for your use and enjoyment. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts.
