The upstairs features 2 private bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms are downstairs with a queen bed and 4 full size bunk beds. The views from this property are breathtaking and there are two outdoor decks featuring an outdoor kitchen and pool. Come and enjoy this amazing home and all the Sierra Foothills offer. This is a modern cozy home with lots of space and amenities. The layout is open but also offers lovely private bedrooms. The two bedrooms have attached full bathrooms with spacious luxurious showers. The backyard is a oasis with a pool, outdoor seating and kitchen. A perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The downstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a walk in jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom also has a desk for a workspace. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds with 4 full size mattresses and a foosball table! The downstairs bedrooms provide an excellent spot to hang out and enjoy the home while letting the upstairs be quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked. It has all the basic kitchen items you will need to cook meals for your whole group. There is a Flewbrew for coffee which can work with ground coffee or coffee pods. You can also enjoy your coffee on the lovely upper deck or in the second living room as you look out at the beautiful local views. The bathrooms feature full showers and bathtubs, storage and full vanities. You will find this home cozy and comfortable with modern furniture, comfortable beds and seating. There is also a second private work/office area in the laundry room. The property features lots of parking between the garage and available driveway parking. There is a 2 car garage and additional parking spots on the driveway. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood. Our property is managed by TK Property Group, Inc. They are a local property management company who manages properties in Nevada and Placer counties. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of all neighbors and the neighborhood during quiet hours. You will need a car at our location to explore the nearby areas of Grass Valley, Nevada City and Auburn. There is local taxi cab service. There is very limited or no ride sharing in this area. Please be aware the hot tub on the property does NOT work and is not available for guest use. The pool is not heated. It is regularly maintained by pool service professionals. The property has outside security cameras. They are there for the safety of our guests. They are not used inside the home or in anyway that would invade guests privacy during your stay.
