Retreat to our spacious home surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada foothills. Just 3 miles from the beautiful historic gold mining downtown of Nevada City which offers a lively music and food scene. Only 45 minutes to Sugarbowl! IG @nevada_city_getaway_ This large spacious home is a perfect getaway to the Sierra Nevada Foothills. There are four bedrooms and three and a half baths for everyone's comfort. The primary bedroom features a large clawfoot tub with a view of the pool, as well as a private patio to enjoy a wonderful morning cup of coffee. In addition to the bedrooms upstairs there is also a dedicated work space with a large desk. One of the bedrooms is downstairs with its own private entrance. There are two living rooms downstairs, each perfect spots for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoy some time together. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, ready for you to cook all of your favorite meals. The highlight of this property is the beautiful outdoor areas. There is beautiful landscaping and gardens to stroll. The spa is on the deck for relaxing soaks. There is also a gorgeous pool with a cabana and comfortable outdoor furniture so everyone can enjoy some fun in the sun. The driveway is large and can accommodate boat parking as well as everyone's cars. The property is large so there is privacy and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Guests will have access to the whole property except the garage and the downstairs office. Our property is managed by TK Property Group. They are a local property management company serving Nevada and Placer County. Tarryn and Sandy are available for guest needs and questions during your stay. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is located on a large lot that provides privacy from neighbors during your stay. You will need a car to get to the property and get to the surrounding areas such as Grass Valley, Penn Valley and Nevada City. There is plenty of parking space on the property. There is room for boat parking if you are going to be boating at any of the nearby lakes. 1. This area does not have fiber optic Wifi or very good reception. There is a cell phone booster that provides reception. There is Wifi that allows for streaming on both t.v’s and personal devices. 2. The entry code will NOT be sent until ALL adults 18 and over have signed a liability waiver. We will need the full names and emails for guests attending. Liability waivers will be sent via Docusign. Guests will need to provide full names and email address to sign liability waivers. 3. The TV's are set up for streaming from your favorite apps. You will need to use your own login/password to use applications on the TV. Please make sure to log out of the applications when you leave. 4. It is very important that the pool sweeper is not removed from the pool overnight. It cleans the pool starting in the evening. It uses water to move. If left out it will drain the entire pool. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL SWEEPER FROM THE POOL.
