One of it's most unique features is that it has it's own private runway and hanger for pilots that want to fly in and enjoy the property. It is also located centrally to Auburn, Grass Valley and Nevada City as well as rivers, lakes and wineries. Come enjoy Gold Country! This spacious home features three bedrooms, a smaller study living room and a loft suite connected to the master bedroom. Our property can accommodate 6 adults and 2-3 children. When you enter the property you will be on the middle floor. There is a spacious kitchen and private dining room to enjoy meals together. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use during their trip. To the left of the kitchen is a bonus game and library room. This room also leads to the back deck. The back deck has outdoor furniture and a BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals while you look at the beautiful views. On the other side of the kitchen there are stairs that lead down to the living room. It has a large TV, fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. There is also a single bed pullout for guest use. It has large windows to appreciate the beautiful views of the area. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is 500 square feet with a sperate sitting room and is located upstairs. The master bathroom is large with a walk in shower. There is also a sitting area upstairs that has a crib and couch. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs and both have comfortable beds, closet space and a shared second bathroom. The second bathroom has shower/tub. The driveway has plenty of room for off street parking. This home is located near an airport strip and has it's own private hanger for guest use. A crossover vehicle is available that seats 6 for your use if you fly to this location. It has a private airstrip and a hanger to park a small plane. You can fly from local areas -2 hr. distance with your airplane ,airstrip is 3000'. Please contact for details. Guests will be given a code to the keypad on the front door within 24 hours of arrival. Our property is managed by TK Property Group, Inc. They are a local property management company who manages properties in Nevada and Placer counties. Quiet residential neighborhood in Alta Sierra. Its a small 30 home community with shared airstrip You will need a car or vehicle to travel in the area. There are local taxi companies. There are no rideshare options locally. There is a private driveway that can accommodate at least four cars. 1. Please contact us if you would like to fly in and use the hanger so that arrangements can be made. Additional fees may apply to booking. 2. There is a Mercedes Crossover F-350 which seats 6 for use if you fly into the property. There will be an additional charge of $60 a day and you have to use your own insurance for your stay. 3. The property has outside security cameras. They are there for the safety of our guests. They are not used inside the home or in any way that would invade guests' privacy during your stay. 4. The garage is not available for guest use during stays.
