It's located on the 14th floor of the building.

Bacvice, Zenta and Firule beach are within 13-20 min walking from the apartment.

It has a balcony with table and chairs for you to enjoy your stay here sipping drinks and enjoying dinner.


Living room has an air condition unit, smart 65“ LED TV with Netflix and comfortable sofa sleeping two people.

Each bedroom has one cozy double bed.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 20 EUR.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

Free street parking is available in front of the house or 1-3 minutes walking from the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around the house.
