This luxurious and spacious 1-B/1-B condominium features modern elegance and stunning ocean views. Complimentary WiFi and room service are available. The unit also includes washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy your mornings and relax in the evenings on the private furnished terrace, accessible from both the bedroom and living room, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Hyde charges a $44 resort fee per day for amenities use, and a $250 security deposit is required.

This unit is NON-SMOKING! For outside smoking, please use an ashtray; do not throw cigarette butts off the balcony. A $1,000 deduction from your security deposit will apply otherwise!

A one time $80 Cleaning fee will be charged upon check out.

The resort fee is $44 per day. This fee includes access to the beach and pool, providing 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS). Additional chairs or umbrellas can be paid for directly at Esteban's Place, the beach management vendor located just north of the building. Look for the red and white umbrellas for easy recognition. The front desk can guide you on where to get all your beach necessities.

The building requires a $250.00 fully refundable security deposit per stay for any common area damages.

* 1-7 nights: $35.00 plus tax per day
* 8 days or more: $30.00 plus tax per day
* Non-resort guests: $50.00 plus tax for the day (no overnight parking for non-resort guests)

Beachside food service, along with chairs, towels, and umbrellas, is available for purchase and rental.
